Ignored me in the checkout line while they waited on others. I guess I was hard to see carrying a 25 lb. bag of birdseed. I left it on the counter and walked out. Will be going to Petco from now on.

Really nice store. There was a large selection of both cat and dog toys, supplies and food. Very nice staff too. I went there to find a flex leash because i had purchased one a few days previous that was very cheaply made and didnt work well. The one i found here was more expensive but it was quality. Would strongly recommend shopping here.

We’ve been in the Salem area for almost 4 yrs and this is the only place we buy our dog’s food from. They are always so helpful and are great at recommendations. Our vet recommended senior food for our fur baby, but he doesn’t do well with chicken… he’ll stink up the entire house. I inquired about a «senior food» without chicken and they explained it was likely recommended due to low protein, but had me verify that with my vet. They helped me pick out the right brand with lowest amount of protein, minus chicken. They will also gladly accept returns if your animal won’t eat it or doesn’t like it. They’ve even set me up with a bunch of samples for my picky little guy to find what he likes best. Customer service is always great! In addition to dog food, they offer cat and other animal food, as well as lawn and bbq supplies.

I love this store. They are helpful, give good advice and always point me in the right direction. They carry all of the things I need for my pets and animals. They even store the UPC’s for my dog food so that I get my refund from the manufacturer. Most of their products are quality and I dont find myself searching lables to make sure my dog will be okay when I purchase a treat for her.

Everything I need and then some! So much to choose from under one roof. You can be shopping for dog food and get adorable gifts and cards for others at the same time! Convenient location and charming atmosphere filled with feed, home décor, garden and more. The service is outstanding, they’re always friendly and willing to help. The owner is wonderful to work with and Moya who’s always in the store to help will go above and beyond. If they don’t have something in stock, they’ll gladly get it and carry it for you. Very in tune with their clients needs.
