An example of superior customer service. I broke a shelf bracket on my fridge. Took it in to KAC. The gentleman looked up the part in the computer, said it would be $ 40. He went a step further and found a similar make/model fridge on his showroom floor, took the bracket out and gave it to me for the same price. Said he’d place the order to replace the part he gave me. I walked out with my bracket in hand, rather than a two week wait, for the same price.

Fridge dying. Repair person called brand source/keizer appliance to see if they had a replacement. They did. Cool I thought – i can support a local business vs a big box store. I arrive about an hour later and no one has a clue. Apparently my repair guy talked w the owner who had left for the day. «I don’t know» is a very common comment here. Did not feel comfortable with folks who do not know so I left.
