The Bread Shed in Keene NH. What’s not to like? Owner’s, Brittney Migneault and Paul Dubois do it right, using only the finest ingredients in their products!!! Their products have been featured in Yankee magazine as well as many others. We tried three kinds of bread… White Italian Bread, which the hubby loved! I don’t eat white bread so I tried the Multi Grain which was super delicious, and the Cranberry Pecan Power Bread, which was super, super delicious! The Bread Shed also bakes popular Italian breads such as Italian garlic, toscana and ciabatta as well as sliced honey oat, cinnamon raisin, jalapeño cheddar, and organic sunflower flax whole wheat. The problem is, you can’t stop eating this stuff! If you’re lucky enough to be in the area of Keene NH, they’re open 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. My problem is, that I bought this while traveling, and they don’t offer it in my area. Now if they would only do mail order!!! Sandy,
