No price negotiation and only manufacturer sales. Salesman on the floor was nice, woman in the back & on the phone nasty. So much so our plumber avoids her at all costs. Installation was bad, damaged wood. It took months and repeated calls to get it repaired. Service is good but there are local independent repair persons who are good and more reasonable I have found out.
