I used to love coming here in highschool. Recently I went to the drive-thru and I was the second car there and it wasn’t busy inside but I approached the menu microphone and the employee didn’t say hello or can I take your order, I waited a minute and then said«hello«and he responded«give me a minute!» And I ordered my food and got to the window and when I gave him the money he gave my cash on my hands and threw the coins at my hand, I asked for ketchup and he rolled his eyes and threw ketchup in the bag and when I said thanks he closed the window. So I was like thinking to myself«what’s his problem?» So I didn’t drive off, he opened the window and I said«are you ok? You I said thank you and you didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day, I know that you might be having a bad day but you don’t have to treat people like shit» and then he said«oh I’m sorry I didn’t hear you say thank you» and I just said«alright Leon». That’s his name. Employees should remember to not have attitudes with customers that have nothing to do with whatever happened to them earlier that day, I wont be returning here and that’s honestly because employees like that affect these independently owned franchises when they make customers feel like crap for even visiting.

It’s BK. You’re not expecting Ruth Chris Steak House. They are actually pretty accurate on their game. They have not screwed up our order while we have gone there. The one kid there with the pony tail is actually really effective. He’s got everything down pat behind the counter and is all over the place like he has 4 arms. Bravo to him. Not too many kids in the fast food industry is much of a hustler. Which I don’t blame them all that much. We were there when we were kids. Who took it serious? It was a high school job for most of us. The hot dog notion has to go though. Even for fast food, this is absolutely horrific. It’s a hot mess and it tastes as bad as this poor thing looks. It’s actually a sin that an animal had to lose its life so this thing could be created. In NJ, the land of many hot dog joints, don’t waste your time or calories on this item. Stick to the usual belt busting, greasy favorites when you’re looking for that fast food fix at 11 at night.

I have to update my review at this point given what happened tonight. My previous rating was 2 stars, and I’m taking one star away because tonight when I went through the drive-thru I was asked to back up my car to the trash can. When I asked why, he said because of the timer. Don’t know what’s going on at this place but I do know I won’t be back for several months. Tired of dealing with these people.

This Burger King the that I went to yesterday was like the worst! But it was ok for us? Some of the staff/workers at this Burger King was getting to crazy I mean they know what they takes of the order of the customers. This one lady told this worker that she forgot to put the tomato on her burger & this guy was saying«Oh no that’s ok Man’m?» They also had a tv on the side when you first came into the door but it was not turn on at the moment?

Terrible service. Placing an order is like pulling teeth. They constantly get the order wrong. It takes forever to get your order once you place the order. Soda machines are modern, but always dirty and always out of something. Ridiculous.

Food was okay… service in the drive thru was not. Ordered with a man which I said no tomatoes three times pulled up to window a girl proceeded to hand me the complete wrong order and I again repeated my order and no tomatoes was said again. Get home and of course there is tomatoes on my sandwich. Like come on. Ugh!

Went there today with family and the order was accurately placed. We would like to see this constancy over a period of time, since last time we went there they actually forgot the bacon, but they did applogize and gave us free french fries. The burgers were fresh and bread was also good. The window attendant waa nice to us and we are happy with the service

Stopped by one night, ordered a crispy chicken wrap and apple crisp salad and seriously waited 22 mins after I ordered to receive it. This wasn’t drive through, just a walk-in. Service was ridiculously slow and manager on duty was(sad to say) poor when it came to her organization skills. I think the rule with retail is, if you see your line building up with more than 2 people, stop stocking and ring people up or finish orders. Employees there don’t seem to have their priorities straight when handling a rush and that fault clearly falls on management. The worst part, this doesn’t seem to be a one time thing. I’ve gone here numerous times and I have witnessed this happening. Probably won’t come back to this location again.
