It’s generally clean, the food is good and how can you go wrong with spicy ketchup?!? Biggest hassle is parking or getting into the drive through at this location.

EVERYTIME I come my meal is on point! Really fast service during the day and the people are actually really nice and even«say God bless». Good country music inside too! Decently clean as well. I shall return !!

Ordered the Whatachicken and I noticed it was really tough. It was not cooked. Literally bloody chicken. You’ve been warned.

Wow. Not a great Whataburger. The cashier seemed confused, the food was mostly cold, although the place was busy, and most of the tables were dirty. Meh. We were coming back from the Austin area, and decided to go a different way than 290. Bad idea. We got caught in a LOT of traffic, and add in bad thunderstorms, by the time we got to Katy were were hungry and a little grumpy. So of course we chose a good ol’ Whataburger for some Texas comfort food. Sadly we got cold, non-comforting food. Hopefully just a bad day on their part, as I can’t imagine why people would keep coming here if this is their norm. Yuck. Luckily we’re not in Katy much, but if we are, I probably won’t head here.

Texas, I love thee! Not only is Texas the best state in America, but we also have the fast food chain Whataburger(down here, we pronounce it «waterburger»). Burgers done right, made just when you order them. I only eat fast food at two places: Whataburger and Chic-Fil-A. Whataburger is the place to get my all American burger fix. I always order the number one, the good old Whataburger that started it all. I have my fries with spicy ketchup — the hell with mayo when I’m here. Today’s visit went well. The cashier was a trainee. Poor fellow was having a hard time putting the order in(I had a coupon). His supervisor jumped to help him though. Service at Whataburger has always been above and beyond for a fast food place. The trainee did well, and he was courteous enough to bring my to go meal to me. Seriously folks, if you are ever in our great state of Texas, and you run into a Whataburger — stop on by. You will get a taste of Texas tradition and hospitality. Your burger will always be: Just like you like it!

I love Whataburger, but this location is horrible. It is guaranteed that there will be at least a 15 minute wait in the drive thru. Twice, I’ve had to walk in the store, to find my food sitting on a counter somewhere. The employees are rude, and not worth waiting 20 – 30 minutes for food!

When you get tired of waiting in the drive-thru line at Starbucks that stretches out into the street for your mediocre coffee, then come here. The coffee here is just as mediocre, but stronger and tastier than the other fast food chains. I will usually talk about the«table-service» you get at Whataburger for breakfast as my main reason for coming here, but a big one is really the coffee as well.

Why am I reviewing a fast food chain? Well, because I don’t have access to it anymore. Where I live now doesn’t have Whataburgers, and I miss them. I still think they make the best fast food burgers. Every time I’m traveling anywhere near one, I stop. Of course, the breakfast taquitos are also good although I’m not a fan of the bacon and egg — preferring the potato or sausage instead. The potatoes have a nice light crunch to them and offset the mushy eggs perfectly. Add the picante sauce(i confess to hoarding those to bring back home) and its a quick breakfast heaven. This location doesn’t have the fountain drinks available in the middle of the store, an ideal location for it, like some of the newer stores, but they do have the table service that brings your food and the condiment tray. That’s a nice touch. And, what’s more, the person actually hands you your chosen condiments — puts them in your hand — rather than slapping them on the table and walking off. Once upon a time in a long ago lifetime(seems that way anyway) I worked at this location. Maybe that’s why I think the burgers at this location taste ever so slightly better than any of the others. Still, since I don’t have easy access to WB anymore, I can overlook all that with only a twinge of regret.
