Dr. Joiner and her assistant were amazing! They are incredibly professional. I was impressed by the extreme measures taken to relieve anxiety and make sure my children were comfortable while there. Both Dr. Joiner and her staff were knowledgeable; it was like she was reading my mind, my concerns, my wants and needs. The front desk was very helpful as well. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful experience!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am very disappointed with our visit to this dentist and will not be returning. My 7yr old son does not do well at the dentist, was very terrified. We came here being new to the area and it was convenient. The dentists bedside manner was very condescending, and made me feel uncomfortable and definitely didn’t soothe my son. She claimed he had 5 cavities and possibly needed a crown put on… he hasn’t had any cavities in the past. I went and got a second opinion and he only had 1 cavity. My disgust comes in with the fact that she saw how afraid my son was to just get his teeth cleaned and yet would subject him to unnecessarily have 5 cavities and a crown procedure?! New practice needing money?

I rate dentists and companies by their customer service, and the way they treat me when I visit. If I could give them 6 stars I would, but I can’t pick more than 5. It’s so nice to have a doctor actually relate the kids they are treating.

Tiny Teeth of Katy is the most outstanding dental office that I’ve ever taken my kids to. Dr. Joiner was great with all of my kids and their dental needs. The office was extremely beautiful and kid friendly. My babies had such a great experience that they are asking me when is their next visit. My kids hated the dentist. But after visiting Tiny Teeth of Katy, they now love the dentist. If you are looking for a dentist that is very passionate about their work and treating your kids, Tiny Teeth of Katy is the right choice!!!

Hello,
I have some very strong concerns about this dental office. We tried this dental office out because we are new to the area. I took my son in to get his teeth cleaned and looked at and was told her had (4) cavities he needed to get filled. My son has never had a cavity (he is almost 5) and I thought it strange that he would have gotten four cavities in only 6 months. We took him back to the dental office he has been going to his whole life and they said he had 0 cavities. I am angry that this dentist would want to put my child through getting fillings when he didn’t need them, possibly having to I.V. sedate him.
Just thought I would let other consumers know.
