To start, their customer service is amazing. The chef made recommendations and i decided to try the fish tacos. I wasn’t going to eat them right away so they were very accommodating and out the salsa and sauces on the side. The food was DELICIOUS, even reheated! I will definitely be trying other items on their menu.

The family working the truck is super nice and friendly, however the food is just okay. I got the Hawaiian fried rice and SB chicken. The SB chicken was okay as was the fried rice. I would have preferred my bacon cooked WAY more, something about flaccid, under-cooked bacon that makes me lose my appetite. I may give them one more shot.

I only tried the Scooby fries, so cannot attest to the rest of the menu, but the fries made me really sad that I wasted $ 8 on them. The chicken that came on them was very, very chewy and dried out and the fries were mushy and drowned in sauce that was supposed to be spicy mayo but was instead overly sweet with no spice. I had to throw them out after only a few bites because it was just mush with some chewy chicken. I wish I had ordered something else on the menu or not at all.

Second try: Fish fillet: perfectly fried, crispy outside, flaky inside Hawaiian fried rice: very flavorful, big portion(enough to feed 2 – 3) Scooby fries: delicious! Love the chicken bites on top I love that they double fry their fries, makes them extra crispy but still soft inside.

I had the SB chicken & it was so great! I was skeptical about sushi from a food truck so that’s why I tested the SB first, now I plan to go all out on the sushi tonight when the truck visits my apt complex! Can’t wait!

This was my first time at this food truck. It was parked in parking lot at Mustang engineering off Park Row and i10. I met Chef Edgar he was a very pleasant and friendly guy. He gave me a sample of the SB Jalapeño today while he was cooking someone else’s order. It was pretty tasty. I have the picture down below. It was a tempura roll that had crab meat stuffed with peanut butter inside a fresh jalapeño. Interesting flavors but somehow it worked. I order the SB roll. It was a Maki roll with soft shell crab and crab meat(salad like) with rice and spicy mayo. I did enjoy the black roe as well as the orange roe he topped the dish with. I would have have 5 stars but the roll lack soft shell crab. all I tasted was the cream cheese and crab salad. oh yeah! There was this delicious creamy cilantro type sauce he put on the side in my order as well as Wasabi and ginger, soy sauce. Nice presentation for being from a food truck. my roll was $ 12 so it wasn’t cheap but actually filling. Food trucks can be pricey thank you for the almond cookies my 3 year old twins loved them Chef Edgar. I will definitely want to try other dishes. I wanted fish tacos but he ran out.
