If there was a way I could leave — stars I would! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had from a tow service at the time of need stuck on side of the freeway. This guy could car less about me, my friends or his job. He was rude from the moment I was transferred to him from at&t. He was a «preferred provider» and let me tell you HESUCKS! He not only was rude on the phone, he showed up barking orders to three people who have been stuck for an hour and no clue what to do! He loaded the car and asked for the drop off location-which was my home. He told me his GPS says 18 miles away and I will owe him money. I challenged him because I know I only live 8 miles away. He looked at my GPS on my phone and even checked on his to confirm it was only 8 miles away. THEN still said he can’t trust the phones and he is going with his installed GPS. I could see he was checking the miles based off of a different address instead of the current location; so I asked and he told me I could pay or he can unload the car. He then said«I don’t f-n care» I got on the phone with AT&T which is another story, and he unloaded the car and sped off! Meanwhile AT&T tells me that he has called in and told them I refused his service… As I write this. It’s 11:39pm. I’ve started this process of trying to find a tow at 9:00. I don’t just blame this awful driver but I also blame AT&T for not having quality providers and also taking almost 2 hours to find me another way home because of their lack of in network providers. … 11:45 now… Still waiting to get a call from AT&T with a way to get me and my friends home…

This guy is an absolutely terrible and shady tow truck driver. He was sent out by a roadside assistance company we use. He made a pregnant woman and one with a back injury(my sister and I) push an SUV from a driveway into the street so he could load it into the truck. When advised on our condition he said he would only tow if we push and then got in the driver’s seat to steer. We had no choice but to push. Not only this, but once the truck was loaded into the flatbed he jumped in his cab and sped off. Did not even check if my sister would be riding with him(she was supposed to). So, I had to turn back and get her after she was left on the side of the road. He sped the whole way to the house. He was rude. He refused to give out a receipt. This disgusting excuse for a man has since been reported to txdot and the roadside service company who dispatched him. DONOTCALLTHISMAN. Worthless!
