I have been to this Potbelly many times. I like their sandwiches. They are hot and yum. But what I go their for most is their vanilla ice cream. They remind me of how ice cream tasted like when I was growing up. Simple and tasty.

I love these sandwiches! I eat here fairly regularly(2 – 3 times/month). I usually get the Turkey BLT or Roast Beef with mushrooms. The food is tasty and the service is quick. Keep up the good work!

I have eaten sandwiches all over the world and discovered potbelly in Washington DC. Some of the best crunchiest sandwiches in the world. My favorite is The Wreck!

There are so many different combinations of food that you can try here and you can get either dine-in or to-go — without a difference in quality because it’s all made in front of you! The restaurant is decorated to look retro and American, and you order at the counter then go down the line telling the person behind the counter which foods you want to add to your sandwich. I definitely recommend getting a milkshake or malt here(especially the vanilla ones) and the pizza sandwich on white bread!

Food was good but service was extremely poor. I’ll probably come back hoping for a better experience and a staff that’s not as rude

It was my first time eating here — a good sandwich shop. The food is decent and different from your other chain sandwich shops, but it didn’t blow me away or anything. I got the Italian, which was good. The chip selection is Zapps brand — again, good and different from your regular Lays and Cheetos selection, but that is all. Now, their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was pretty stellar :) I would go back.

Quiet location, not usually busy. Good sandwiches and soup at a good price. Most of Potbelly’s menu has the same sandwiches other sub shops have. Potbelly’s specialized sandwiches include A Wreck, the Pizza Sandwich, and the Mediterranean. Four different soups are also offered each day. This Potbelly’s location offers the broccoli cheese soup every day and the daily soup menu can be viewed on Potbelly’s website. «Skinny» versions of some of the sandwiches are offered, each coming in under 400 calories. My daughter and I stopped by for lunch on a Friday. She loved the broccoli cheese soup and the hammie. I enjoyed the Mediterranean with chicken… it was a delicious blend of vegetables and I would definitely order it again. I like that calories are printed on the menu so you don’t have to guess. Potbelly’s also offers flatbread at 90 fewer calories than its traditional bread that is offered. We paid about $ 20 for two sandwiches, two drinks, a bag of chips and a cup of soup. This is about the same price you will pay at Subway, except for the fact that Subway doesn’t have soup. I want to return and try«A Wreck» and a cup of that cheese broccoli soup.

I would love to review on the food, but we never had he chance to order it. We came here on a Sunday back in February right around opening time. We arrived about 2 minutes before opening. We waited outside in the cold about 15 minutes(over 10 minutes late opening) while the person working inside peeked over at us as we tried to keep the kids warm. Finally, we have up and went elsewhere.

I have tried all the sub shops in Katy. Nothing can top my favorite sandwich… The Wreck with everything on it. They have their own special blend of peppers they use that give it an extra punch of flavor! The other cool thing about this place is the occasional live music. I’m not sure when it is since I mainly go there for the food. But the music I nice when I happen to catch it at the right time.

Love this place! I am not a sandwich lover unless it’s from here! Highly recommend the TLK — low calorie and delicious! Get the peppers!

It’s like a glorified subway. They have more healthy options. And you pay the same price at subway for less sandwich here. I give them kiddos on the originality of the sandwich like the mediterranean. Delicious.

Does the world need another sandwich chain/store? After passing by here many times, my wife and decided to try it. We ordered the wreck and an Italian sandwich. Two choices of bread, white or wheat. I assume the bread is baked in house, but unlike Subway, no fresh baked smell. The meat is precut and is in small packages placed on the bread. It goes through a broiler and exits for the veggies to be put on. Standard selection, but missing spinach, olives, banana peppers… in all, the sandwich process is a mix of Subway and Quiznos and the décor is straight from Cracker Barrel. The food is good, not great. The Italian had some good flavor, the various meats did not work together on the wreck. I give the food a 2.5, just average. Extra ½ star for their social/environmental positions and beliefs. The staff is nothing special and seemed at times confused on orders, always asking what did you order… need better training? To answer the posed question above, maybe the world needs another sandwich chain, but Potbelly needs to step it up a bit. I may return, but not a go to place for me…

Food was so-so to good. I ordered online and and when I went to pick-up I stood at the cashier for 5 mins ignored until I asked if I could get my order. After anther 2 or 3 minutes someone ambled over and asked«what do you want?». I said«my order» and they said«huh» so I pointed it out then waited another 2 minutes for him to figure out the cash register. I think I will stick to Quiznos, Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s.

Since I pass this place everyday on the way, well, to everywhere, I decided to give this place a try. I think the atmosphere inside is fun but all in all I continue to find this place pretty average. I’ve had the Italian and roast beef sandwiches and they are just missing something. I don’t like that the peppers are chopped and not full juicy peppers in the Italian sub. I think they need to add more spices, better bread, or a delicious sauce. Other than that I’m not sure what other suggestions to make. They also should add more items to the menu, more exotic and exciting sandwiches. Maybe some great sides would be appreciated as well. Until that happens I’m giving this place a 2 star rating. Note that I don’t think this place is bad, just very middle of the road.

This Potbelly has its own take on the sandwich bar. Meats, cheeses, and veg are pre-chopped and to go but their hot peppers really spice up the equation. «A Wreck» — Salami, roast beef, turkey, and ham with swiss. Original size, $ 4.72(w/tax). Good ingredients, toasted multi-grain, and hot peppers. Better than most places but nothing to go raving about. 3 stars. The extra star goes to their social consciousness. They utilize reused/re-purposed furniture, eco-friendly materials(napkins), and well-designed refuse bins(small trash next to large recycling). Finally, they had Oragina! Haven’t had one of those for a while! Overall, a tastier sandwich at a better price than the standard and a socially conscious company. Keep it up Potbelly… I’ll be back.

This chain of sandwich shop is a frequent stop for me. There isn’t anything mind-blowing but it’s an easy lunch. I don’t particularly care for the over priced sandwich. My favorite there is their enormous salads. Their salads for approximately $ 7 can feed about two people. I usually order the Uptown Salad that has grilled chicken, grapes, candied walnuts, cranberries, apples, bleu cheese and red onion. It’s great tossed with their house balsamic vinaigrette. I have also ordered their Skinny sandwich but it is quite unsatisfying. For the price, I would much rather go down the street for a $ 5 foot long at Subway. Yay for salads and nay for sandwiches.

MMMMMMMMMMMMM… I love the wreck. And the sugar cookies. And the shakes. and the teeny tiny cookies they put on the straws of the shakes. Yum Yum.

Pretty good subs! A bit on the smallish side for what you pay for in my opinion but they have always been made to order and fresh. Have also had them cater several lunches and have not been disappointed. They have delivered on time and provided ample condiments. I will continue to be a customer here from time to time.

First and possibly last time. The Wrecked Salad was not as fresh as acustom to having at restaurants. While this was my second experience the customer service really was the main reason for the turn off. Then from there I did not want to eat.
