I came in just to see what it is like to get a manicure and pedicure since I am pretty open to trying new things. I was greeted and offered a beverage. The service was wonderful, and the techs were really pleasant to talk to. The leg massage was wonderful, and it was a nice touch for the pedicure. I am glad to say that my first experience with a manicure and pedicure was great! I will definitely come again to this location!

OMG! Had a deluxe manicure and pedicure that came with the best arm/​hand and leg/​foot massage! Absolutely the best nail salon I have gone to since arriving to the area a couple years ago! The staff is incredible. I have always been greeted with smiles when I come through the door and throughout my time in the salon everyone remains professional and friendly. I have tried other salons because they are closer to home (these days there is one on every corner), but I always come back here. I’m done trying new places. No need to keep trying something new when I’m already getting the best!
Update: not sure what has changed but the last couple of times I went the service as not as great.

Polished Nails is over all very clean and extremely friendly. I had a pleasant and decent experience, with that being said; you are being overcharged. For American gel nails I was charged $ 40. She did not offer to cut/​trim and or massage my cuticles like most places do, (without you having to ask might I add). Also two of nails are not placed properly, I was pressured to give a tip and I honestly regret it. I highly doubt i’ll be returning to this location.

They were nice, but I felt like they rushed since I came in 2 hours before closing. The pedicure was not the best I have had. I paid for the signature pedicure which is the most expensive one. I felt like they just wanted out of there. It probably took a total of 30 minutes and if you had pedicures before the signature takes an hour to hour and a half. I do not think I will ever return.

The lady doing my nails was fairly pleasant and friendly. Water was offered, but what had me disappointed was the end results of my acrylics. She didn’t offer to cut and trim my cuticles and she placed the powder further away than normal from my cuticles. Which means in a few days or so, it will need a fill! And by day 4, my nails needed a fill! I also requested a lighter color and she insisted that the color she had chosen was the perfect match to the picture I brought in for reference. She chose a light pink and I wanted a nude/​clear powder. She kept insisting that her color of choice was better… last I checked the customer is usually the one paying for service? I won’t be going back here.

My favorite nail salon in the area. I’ve visited other nail salons that are closer to my home but the quality and friendliness brought me back to this great place.

I have been in desperate need of a pedicure, and this place was the remedy. Very clean, and the nail techs were so friendly. They have a large selection of nail polishes, powders, and gel colors to choose from. They also have numerous different scrubs and lotions that can be mixed and matched with the pedicure packages. And since they’re a spa as well, there’s tons of other things to do while you’re there. This was my first time visiting this location and I must say I’ll definitely be going back.

Great place! 1^st time here and came because of positive reviews. these folks did not disappoint. Excellent service and good work. I found my new salon! Prices are within reason too = bonus.

I’ve been going to this place since it was called Bambi Nails & Spa. When the name changed, and presumably the ownership, I kept going to see if it would hold up. It has, thank goodness.
I’m a low maintenance gal. I go for a pedicure about every 6 weeks when I can’t take it anymore. I do not get my eyebrows waxed here or at any other nail salon, as I have very thin skin around my eyes and no matter how careful they are, my skin can get ripped off. Sorry for that visual. I use a special eyebrow tech at my hair salon for that.
I get the basic pedicure at Polished Nails and it’s perfect for my low-​maintenance needs. I bring my own color in case I have any chips I need to touch up between pedicures. The manager is very nice and always greets me warmly. I sign in and they show me to a chair. The techs are very nice and always hardworking and diligent. The manager always offers me a bottled water and makes sure all is well. They offer me the menu of services, but never try to up-​sell me on things I don’t need. They treat me as well when I choose the basic pedicure, as they would if I bought the most expensive package. I appreciate that.
This place is consistently good. I’m always happy with my pedicure and the service. I can’t speak for their other nail services, as I cut my own fingernails and file them myself. I love this place.

Absolutely my FAVORITE nail salon in Katy! Nancy Tran is wonderful! She remembered me after only my second visit and did a great job once again. I always get my nails done and then have to go back and get then retouched, not here! I would recommend this place to anyone– and already have!

While traveling in TX on business, I found and chose this establishment based on its 5-​star review on Unilocal.I was extremely disappointed.
I don’t remember the name of the woman who did my nails and eyebrows, but she was horrible!
It took her over ONE hour just to do a pink and white FILL. When she was done, I noticed my nails were filed unevenly and crooked! By this time I was so exasperated and ready to get out of there, I did not bring it up.
She also waxed my eyebrows, claiming to be the best. Sadly, I trusted her word. She ruined my eyebrows by waxing off an entire chunk right in the middle of my right eyebrow. When I noticed it, I immediately brought it to her attention. She denied doing it! Unbelievable!!!
To top everything off, I was charged $ 60 for a fill and eyebrow wax! Something is wrong with this picture!!!
I will definitely NEVER go back!!’ Be careful!!!

This just might be my new GO TO place. Their customer service is amazing! They took great care of me, my dad, and my five-​year-​old. They gave us sodas and water, when I said I was hot they turned the air down, and when I complained about my shellac being a little outside of the lines… They redid the whole thing free of charge. They are fabulous and have gone the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

This place was pretty good. My shellac manicure looks great! However, my pedicure wasn’t so good. I found a design on Pinterest & Trish said she could do it. It was alternating red & silver polish but the big toe was white with bye stripes & a red heart. May polished my toes & Trish came to do the design but didn’t bother to match the red polishes so I have orangey-​red toenails with a deep marooning red heart! It looks so stupid & I was disappointed by that. The person who did my pedicure (May) did a decent job but I had to ask her to go back & do a bit more scrubbing because she barely did anything & that’s the whole point of a pedicure. She was nice though & she didn’t gripe when I asked for extra attention to the scrubbing. The service was fairly decent. May, Trish, & Tom were quite nice, however, the people working on my friend were really rude! The lady kept commenting on her calluses, razor burn, jagged nails, etc. It was impolite for them to criticize her so much! The man at the front was sort of curt as well. I got there about 5 minutes before my friend and he was rushing me to choose a color & being a little pushy. Also, I was really upset that I called a week ago to make an appointment for my friend & I to get shellac manicures & pedicures TOGETHER at 11:00 a.m. & they started mine at almost 11:30 and she sat in the chair for 15 minutes before they started on her! Why book an appointment if they aren’t going to honor the time? Overall, it was an alright experience. I’ll probably go back to give it another shot because I was really happy with my nails (done by Tom & I usually don’t care for mail nail techs because I feel they don’t pay attention to detail but he was different). But, if the next time is similar to this visit, I won’t be back again.
P. S. It’s a little pricey. They don’t tell you the price for nail designs up front & mine ended up adding $ 15 to the total!

I came here for the first time today, after turning away from two different salons that had long waits. This establishment seems to have new management, but the service was above par! They were very sweet and attentive, and despite being low on nail techs they accommodated everyone who walked in– nice, clean atmosphere, good quality materials and overall great service– I will definitely be returning!

Update: I’ve gone here MANY times now, and ventured out as well. It’s still the best that I’ve used in Katy (my preference when choosing a salon is sanitation 1^st, time and quality of the message secondary).
I really appreciate the guy that runs this place, he’s all about customer service, and sincerely wants to please. I also like that he is not just kind to paying customers, he’s also respectful to the nail techs. I think I have tried almost every girl there, including 1 guy (who does a great job too!), it doesn’t matter the time or day they all consistently do a great job.

I had just recently moved from California to Texas and had been looking for a nail salon, so after reading and reading about the many different places, I decided to give them a try and I am so very glad I did!
Was able to just walk right in have my nails done correctly and right with no issues or problems.
Very willing and very attentive to what I wanted, liked, and thought about how I wanted my nails. They also are very polite and friendly. Made me feel at home an ease about having my services done.
So I think I have found a new home for my hands and feet!
If your looking for a very clean, sterile and reasonable place give them a try! I know I’ll be going back for sure!

I came in late on a Sunday afternoon for my first time. I’ve been looking for a place I can call home and I think I found it. Tom did my nails and he did a great job! I’m very picky so that says alot. I will definitely be back.

Nothing special. Went in today (Monday) to get a nail fixed and a color change. there was only one person in there other than myself. minor issues, like the nail shape being so off from the other ones. and not founding the underneaths so i have scratchy nails (well one). Also, the energy was just REALLY bad in this place. Everyone had their headphones in and there was no socialization with me or any other people. Also, The lady that did my nails had a HUGE open gash (think crater) on her finger and was not wearing a band aid or gloves. I even asked her to put on and she politely said «Oh this is healed. It will be ok.»
Again, nothing spectacular. could definitely use improvement
Oh and she asked for me to pay first. So that I wouldn’t damage my nails… while I like the though, I wish she wouldnt have made me sign and add the tip before the service…

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Every time I go I am so highly satisfied! I have had multiple different people! This evening I had shown up late as well, and they could have rescheduled me, but no they took me in still and they were there an HOUR after they normally close! For as long as I live in Katy, TX I will be coming to the AMAZING polished nails!!!
