They never get the food ready in time. Today I was there and they would not sell me the special for the advertised price. Three times in a row I have had problems here.

pizza undercooked, forgot breadsticks. after waiting for over an hr for them to return, we cancelled the breadsticks. girl on phone got snotty when I asked for a credit on my card, and not a store credit… we obviously are NOT returning… and they are overpriced.

Just received my delivery and I’m soooo happy lol service was excellent and my order was exactly what I expected I’ve always preferred Pizza Hut but now im a papa johns fan in love with it all my delivery was soooo fast thank you guys keep up the great work

Neat experience since I haven’t used carry out in a long time and the remodel is nice! I came in and I love how open it is so you can view straight back. They simplified the order screen to rotate who’s order is ready. Neat, but not sure how effective. The loss of a star, I placed an online order to this location and told my husband that it wasn’t their location it was sent too. Um, I double checked and had confirmation. Just to top off the waste of time it was pouring outside and all the cars were parked up front, making me park further away and two babies sleeping in the back. Making matters worse I had to get out in my non outing wardrobe, and show proof of email and my name was on the screen. Bam! It was obviously not a good day for me, but how could you not find an order that was on the screen saying it was ready for pickup? Shame. Anyways always good quality and friendly staff.

The last 3 times we’ve ordered from here it’s been bad. Pizza half cooked, chicken wings pink on the inside. Chicken wing with weak sauce and wrong chicken wing order. Even had delivery and they forgot my bread sticks. They need help bad. So I’m not bothering anymore. Way to expensive for lousy food. Not to mention the wings being under cooked could cause someone to get very sick.

I don’t know if there has been a change in management, or whatever, but the past 2 times I have ordered from this place, it has been a terrible experience. The first time, I ordered online, and the pizza was 15 minutes late. But the driver called us to let us know he could not find the house, so we helped him. I didn’t care, as long as the driver called. The second time, I pre-ordered the pizza, 3HOURSINADVANCE, and by the time it was due, no delivery. 15 minutes, and still no call later, my husband decides to call the store. 20 minutes late, the so-called«manager» tells us that they were busy and they just dispatched the driver 5 minutes ago… when my delivery was already late. When an order is made 3 hours ahead of time, there is no excuse for it being a second late. Busy or not, you are to make it happen. The 30 minute mark passes, and still no delivery. My husband was plenty mad at this point, so he called the manager back, and told him to cancel the order(because there is no way the pizza is fresh now) and refund our money. The«manager» told him that he couldn’t completely refund the meal, but he could give us half off. WTH??? They ended up refunding(after a threat to call the corporate office). They need to get their act together seriously because they are going to lose a loyal customer of 3 years after this one.

This location tends to be a lot more packed than others I’ve seen and is extremely understaffed. My pizza came out burnt twice the last two times I’ve been here. If you’re willing to make the travel, go to the one near Barker/Little York instead.
