Stay away from katy emergency room unless you have money to burn and enjoy being lied to. I was quoted an absolute maximum price and months later received an extremely high bill that you was much more than we agreed upon. I tried to to avail to resolve the situation but they continued to lie to me. Best advice is to stay away from these bandits.

I give this place 5 stars! The service was very satisfactory. The nurse made us feel very, very comfortable. The waiting area and exam rooms were very neat and clean. Doctor Canchola was very knowledgeable, and informative. If my family or friends ever need a clinic on the weekend this place would be my recommendation.

DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE! I went here and it was decent as far as customer service during my visit. The nurse was nice but the doctor wasn’t the greatest and it took a long time considering I was the only person there. This wasn’t the worst part of it though. I paid as I left and it was ~$ 200 which I didn’t think was too bad for some blood tests and an IV. Well now a month later I get a $ 1,000 bill and this is just for the part my insurance didn’t cover! Note that I have great insurance too! They charged my $ 1,400 just for walking in and them seeing me!!! If I knew that just walking in was going to cost me that much I would have turned right around and walked out. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle!

The only reason this place got three stars is because it’s clean, the nurse was helpful, and there was no wait. The doctor was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I was the only person there and the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me. I was in a car accident and had started experiencing symptoms that worried my family. He was rough with me, both physically and verbally. He asked to see pictures of my car, so I retrieved my phone from my purse and then snapped at me to put it up after he’d handed it back to me(it wasn’t like I was on it, just holding it while we spoke). When I asked about how an injection he wanted to give me would affect other conditions he acted as if I shouldn’t question him and asked«what is it that you don’t understand?» I’m not stupid, I’m cautious. I’m highly educated and don’t need to be insulted for asking questions about what someone is trying to inject me with. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and degraded when I left. I should’ve walked out and I regret not doing so. The person I was with was insulted about His hair length being like a woman’s and felt that perhaps the doctor was treating me badly because I am female.
