If there was a rating for 0 stars, That’s what I would give this store! The workers here and the people who run the business are absolutely RUDE! I had the most unpleasant experience!
First of all their dresses are way too costly! They try to sell you dresses for exaggerated prices! A lot seem to have broken zippers or really loose beading!
Second of all, when I first came in to look for a prom dress and asked the lady if she had any prom dresses in a certain color, she looked me up and down and said, «Can you even afford a prom dress?» As if I was inferior to her! This was the most insulting comment I have ever heard! So unprofessional!
Third of all, the 4 dress limit to how many a customer can try on is ridiculous, and very disappointing.
I decided to come a couple of months later to try the place one more time because just mabye I got a bad first impression. The second visit I received the same poor service and rude attitude. I don’t understand why this place is in Katy Mills! It does not deserve to be here!
