I have lived here since the complex was opened. I love my unit, the finishes, hard wood floors (that are not vinyl) and the beautiful views and natural light. The club house, pool, gym, and property is going to be beyond beautiful when ALL construction is complete. Jennifer and her staff are committed to customer service and making sure all residents are happy. I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with them whether picking up a package, stopping in to say hi and ask a question or sending an email to get an answer quickly. Maintenance is always quick and very responsive whenever any requests were submitted. Élan 99 West is easily one of the best complexes I’ve stayed at. I am truly the happiest I’ve been at a complex in a very long time… Keep up the great Job!

Reasoning poor building,
Building had a bathroom leak in guest bedroom (from guest bathroom) within a month of moving in, which lead to MILDU/​MOLD the leak was fixed. (after couple attempts) as of now maybe. They are still not sure.
One week later leak came back into our home same place, with a vengeance, it also came into the master bedroom closet which caused MILDU/​MOLD.
They have now fixed everything maybe.
We also pest (bug problem) which is currently being fixed.
BEWARE this is no place for a home I have been harassed by the building problems. Not worth recommending to even my worse enemy.
