Einstein’s is the nastiest, smokiest, dirtiest, grossest bar I’ve ever been too. My husband says it’s still to this day, the worst place he’s ever been to. I love it! With pool tables and toothless day drinkers, pro arcade golfers and gambling-​for-​drinks gamers… cheap drinks and great burgers that are, by the way, $ 5 on Sundays. It’s like exactly what a dive bar is supposed to be. Gross and great for racking up good stories to tell your children.

For a Tuesday night you can bring company and yourself and not be bothered by any ignorant people’s. It’s a very adult atmosphere. It’s a great atmosphere to relax.

My friends call it «getting Einsteined». Let’s just say they don’t count your drinks. The bands are a lot of fun, I took a star off because the DJ totally is a bummer and has been for the last two years so it’s not a 1 time thing. Einsteins has the weirdest crowd with literally every kind of person from young professionals-​ish to old drunks and everything in between. Let’s be honest, we keep returning to this bar because we can dance drunk without judgement. We aren’t here for the fine cuisine and top shelf liquor. I hate the smoking in the bar, but we tolerate it for the band. The chicken tenders are probably the best drunk snack ever. My husband comes for the popcorn. The waitresses are on their A game, they just keep them coming until you cry uncle.

This review is old but the experience never forgotten. Came here a while back with my husband and his friend. The music was so damn loud (and terrible) we couldn’t even talk. Then the waitress who clearly only cared about the men at the table told me to not come back! Don’t worry, I never will! Bye Felicia. This place is whack!

This bar had generally an older crowd. 30 to 40. Drinks were good, food was good, for barfood, and the band was awesome. I got there early on a Friday, then when 10 o’clock came around the place was packed. Still had good coverage with waitresses. I will definitely go back

So in the last year Einstein’s has been caught with an extremely elevated amount of bacteria in its draft lines and now caught using cheap liquor when people pay for top shelf… I’d seriously second guess being a patron of this establishment. They obviously don’t care about the customer.

Just one more reason to avoid this place at all costs. This is a great way of showing just how much a business doesn’t give a —- about it’s custumers. Not only is this place awful, they’re ripping everyone off. Complete scum.

Nice little bar in Katy with a great staff! They have events nightly such as trivia, karaōke as well as food specials like steak night. We went on Sunday which is free pool and $ 2 burgers. The burger was huge, juicy and much better than expected. The only negative is they do allow smoking and the smell inside does reflect that, but there weren’t too many people smoking there on a Sunday afternoon. In all I’d definitely return for a burger, a steak or some trivia!

After a few trips this place will win you over. Very big and spacious. A lot of darts boards and pool tables. Fantastic goldentee machine selection as well. Last but not least you get very good service from the staff. They remember your name and take care of their customers.

As far as «alternative» pubs go this bar is spot on. The leering and sometimes lurid same sex oogling is readily apparent as you walk through the door under the Gay pride banner. Although this sort of activity is not my brand of fun, if you are Gay man then this is your place. Prompt service with a smile — sometimes too much of a smile. I had no idea there were this many gay folks in this area. Anyway, not for me, but decent service.

I LOVE this bar the waitresses are amazing!!! Annie and Brandy are the top two waitresses there and the atmosphere is friendly and homey. I cannot wait till they are smoke free! And become a bar AND GRILL so I can bring my baby! … But don’t order the burger. SO DISAPPOINTED it had no French fries. Which is a must with burgers. And just didn’t look appetizing and tasted undercooked.
Other than that. I always have a good time! Order the pretzel dogs!

This place has a good balance of selection and price when it comes to beer. The Sunday special is a particularly good deal, because you can get a real hamburger for $ 2 each and play pool for free. I would go here much more often if it wasn’t for the cigarette smoke.

I don’t like the smoky-​ness of the bar… but i DO like the .35 cent wing night (MON I believe) and the fries are delicious crinkle cuts… and the beers (they have some nice ones on draft) are cold… went there with a gf… will be back… wait I just looked at their webpage… and their wing prices have gone UP to .60 cents per wing on mondays… that kinda sux… they have a good late running happy hr though.

Not a bad bar, but not the best experience either.
Positives: really pretty tasty food, even if from a typically small bar selection. I wolfed down my chicken sandwich, and stole bites of my brother’s burger while he was gone. They have pool and darts that aren’t complete toys. Drinks are affordable, too!
Negatives: the place is full of cigarette smoke, but that might not bother you. I guess that’s just the nature of bars in Katy, but bars in Houston aren’t far away either. My waitress also seemed annoyed by questions we asked, but she may have just been annoyed by the countless men hitting on her.
I’d go again, but probably not a third time if my next waiter wasn’t more friendly.
