Called to inquire about Christmas light installation this is what I was told:
«I’m eating lunch right now can I call you back?»
Really? A potential customer calling for your businesses service and your too busy because your at lunch? Great customer service…
FYI. 4 hours later and still no call back.
Again, GREAT customer service.

We love our pool that Cobalt Pools built for us! I had to convince my husband to put in a pool and he is now so glad we did! Our backyard was a place we never spent time in, now we are in our lovely backyard enjoying our fabulous pool that Clint @ Colbalt pool built. Thanks for everything you did for us and making my backyard a great family gathering place! Thanks again Clint!

Cobalt Pools has been the best pool company experience we’ve had in the Houston/​Katy area! We moved into a home with a pool already built-​in and Cobalt Pools has helped us with maintenance and suggestions in order to optimize our experiences with caring for and using our pool.
The timeliness of service and repairs has been very helpful with our lives so busy these days and the owner continues to reach out to us in order to touch base regularly. His extensive knowledge has been such an asset in helping first-​time pool owners like us, and we look forward to a long relationship with this company simply because of the expertise and work ethic that comes with working with Cobalt Pools. Nowadays, just finding someone willing to show up on time and do what they say they’re going to do is difficult! So glad Cobalt Custom Pools has an owner who does what he says he’s going to do when he says he’s going to do it!
Pros: Good communication, informative info, always available to answer our call. (I admit, sometimes I have what I consider silly questions!)
