Admittedly, I find very little variance in quality across cleaners in and around Cinco Ranch with the primary differentiators being service(drive thru, box and fold options, delivery, et cetera) and price. With those two factors(and my regular cleaner pushing me over the edge with their penchant for tardiness in opening) I gave this location a try. Insofar as the service, I found it to be unremarkable — my pants were dry cleaned and hung, my shirts were laundered and hung. Price, however, was where they lost me. Prices per garment were slightly higher than what I am accustomed to. What caught me by surprise(and has been referenced by other posters) was the $.10 per button processing fee. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not an excessive fee. Unfortunately, in the world of men’s dress shirts there is no shortage of buttons and no shortage of opportunities to miss quite a few buttons when undressing while at the same time racking up $.10 charges. If there was something substantial about this cleaner I wouldn’t mind taking the time to do a more comprehensive job unbuttoning my shirts — it’s really not that difficult. But that’s my point. Unbuttoning shirts is perhaps the least technical and difficult aspect of laundering clothes. Perhaps there is a reason finding a cleaner that charges for the service is so unusual — it’s petty and opportunistic. Thus I will take the opportunity to be the same and take my business elsewhere.

Very rude and very poor service. I had a new shirt dry cleaned and they destroyed the button. When I point it out they basically called me a liar and said that the button was already that way. Never use them.

These guys(at least with my experiences) have been consistently good both in quality of work and service. Prices are fair, but be sure to unbutton every button, otherwise they may charge you 10 cents each to unbutton. They also provide alteration services, but call first as that person does not work everyday. Service is very quick and clothes are usually ready within 24 to 48 hrs.

They are a rip off and will overcharge you. My husband called them out on the fact that they were charging us for extra shirts we never brought in, they actually blocked our account and denied us service! Have read other reviews online of similar overcharging. They are shady, don’t give them your business.

My clothes were kinda smelly after the dry cleaning. I have used all sorts of dry cleaners in my life the clothes were probably dirty or not clean but never in my life they smelled bad after dry cleaning. Makes me wonder where did they put my clothes.

I came here after being turned away from Cache Cleaners with a «be back in 5 minutes» sign placed on the door(they were not back in 5 minutes, THATS for sure). I was happy to see some good traffic coming in and out of this place. Before walking in, I asked a man who had over 10 pieces of laundry what he thought of Arcadia Cleaners and he said he had no complaints. I brought in a white silk crêpe blazer with tulle trim that I had spilt coffee on more than 5 months ago, and a giants jersey with wine spilt all down the front, a stain from 5 years ago when Bonds broke the home run record. She informed me that she may not be able to get all of the stains out since they had been sitting for so long but they pulled it off! My blazer looked better than when i bought it, and the jersey was completely clean and both smelt fresh. Even though the jersey was pretty thick and my blazer was silk, the total only came out to $ 5 and some cents!!! That’s how much I used to pay per shirt at my old dry cleaners. my blazer alone would have been $ 10! I’m very happy with this place, and if you have work shirts that need to be cleaned regularly, it is $ 1.39 + tax to dry clean each shirt. pretty good! Just come with the shirts unbuttoned because there is a fee for that… I only gave this place 4 stars because this is my first time here so I shouldn’t give it 5 stars yet. They also do alterations here, and i do have a couple leather and suede jackets that need buttons, sewing, etc. so when I bring those in, I’ll update my review!
