I’ve never tasted any Mexican food like it. The fajitas are a cross between stroganoff and, well, fajitas. The cheese enchiladas were incredible. Teresa used queso fresco. Mexican food has a DNA where one item, restaurant and region are related. Jacob and Teresa have broken the DNA helix and re-birthed the cuisine. This little place is worth the 100-mile round trip. By the way, Aseret is Teresa spelled backwards. And we will be back.
