THIS PLACE IS GOOD FOR THE SOUL.
I like Jacob. I really like Jacob. And the restaurant he and Teresa own is special because they are. And the food… Oh, my. The food. I’ve never tasted any Mexican food like it. The fajitas are a cross between stroganoff and, well, fajitas. The cheese enchiladas were incredible. Teresa used queso fresco.
Mexican food has a DNA where one item, restaurant and region are related. Jacob and Teresa have broken the DNA helix and re-​birthed the cuisine.
This little place is worth the 100-​mile round trip.
By the way, Aseret is Teresa spelled backwards. And we will be back.
