No Hawaii Factory Warranty or Support! Bought 32 top quality fiberglass awning windows in 2009. Four years later 5 of the mechanisms started rusting, clearly a failure of a batch otherwise all 32 would have rusted. Milgard was as bad as you can imagine. First no Hawaii warranty for corrosion — even though 27 had no corrosion. then no way to identify the parts, then no technician available until 2−½ months just to identify the parts required. Meanwhile water coming into my house. Disgusted with Milgard.
