Awesome service! Our waiter Kana was awesome! Very home grown, local style, chee hoo kind of service! Even recommended some dishes when I was unsure of what to order! Finally settled on the smothered prime rib burrito! Very filling!

My favorite soup was so thick and not tasty and what appears to have a lash or some hair substance in it midway thru
The strawberry lemonade I ordered tasted like watered down fruit punch when I asked another waitress for a replacement, 25 mins goes by and the waitress totally forgot as she was having a life chat with a customer while at the table next to me.
Also-​It was loud in the restaurant for it to be not too many people in, it was from the banging of the brooms and dust pans and chair roughly being dragged everywhere. Usually this place is my fav today I was let down. I’ll be sure to either not come on a Monday or not come 1 ½ before closing again.

Love chills. Fast service. Always order the triple dipper w/​the rolls, sliders and honey chipotle chicken. So good. Check in and get free chips and salsa. No complaints here.

Was a bit disappointed when I saw the black yucky stuff! Overall the soup was good as usual & the house salad was okay, needed more dressing tho
The chips & salsa side order is great. However if you dine in its a bottomless dish so enjoy and stuff yourself

Excellent service. Elizabeth Padilla makes sure we are well taken care of. Our daughter took to her instantly. Even when she isn’t our waitress she will always take time and come say hi. She is the best!

We have been coming to the Kapolei Chili’s since we arrived here 10 years ago. They have been very consistent and usually good. Our last visit there we enjoyed our visit very much with great service, nice ribs, delicious Margherita, etc. Our server was very helpful with excellent descriptions of our options and good follow up. My only real complaint about Chili’s is the high price point. It’s just rough when dinner for two is over $ 50 with tax and tip.

Came here around 5ish. Didn’t have to wait to be seated because we sat on the bar side. Ordered blackberry iced tea (my fave) and a triple dipper w/​fried pickles, original chicken crispers, and big mouth bites.
Our server, Kahana? I wanna say, was super nice and tentative:) i literally had 4 glasses of blackberry tea because it’s bottomless haha, but no complains there bc I love it so much! :p it’s not super sweet, :) My 2 friends got their order of food first because they got my order wrong, so it took a big long to get my food but server was very apologetic and constantly came back to see if we needed anything while waiting. food was great and yummy! lots of fried pickles. 2 big mouth bites (basically mini burgers), these were ok tasting, didn’t finish. and I love their original chicken crispers, wish it came with more than 3 but pieces are pretty good in size. comes with 2 sauces. overall, love these chilis here :)

With it being graduation night for Kapolei, we thought we would wait minimum an hour with our party consisting of 8. We were quoted 45 minutes, but were immediately seated after 15 minutes of waiting. Our waitress Kaiana was amazing. She took care of our table by always checking on us and making sure our drinks were always refilled. The food was sent out quickly especially for the amount of people that were in the restaurant. With kaiana’s customer service skills paired with the food coming out in a timely manner made this dinner perfect. The food was also AMAZING. She even took the liberty to pack our food and give us extra sauces that initially came with our meals, usually we have to ask for that stuff. Our waitress was on it! Chili’s is always a great stop.

Food was awesome, I had a baby back rib steak plate and broccoli substituted with asparagus:) although the wait took a little longer but we didn’t mind since everyone on the table were talking and keeing up with each other. The reason why it was only 2 stars is because of the service we had tonight. I believe her name is Hokulani. Everything was nice at first but towards the end we started to notice that she was getting irritated and sassy with the checks for some of my friends. When the food got to our table, we didn’t ask for anything else but of course, our water to be filled. So we had no idea what her problem was. On top of that, she looked like she was talking smack with another waitress who accidentally dropped the top bun of my bf’s burger. We can tell by the way she looked like she was scolding a little girl with our receipts in her hands and how both girls looked back at our table. I know how it is because im a server as well. We had everything we needed on the table and didn’t bother the girl at all, so what’s the issue. Anyways, sorry for being too specific, but a really good tip decided to walk away with us. But the food was great, just the service we had that night.

Happy Cinco de Drinko! The Battle of Puebla and we celebrate with margaritas & fajitas! I know… For a Hispanic causing panic you think I could do better for a National holiday than A chain mex restaurant… Truth be told I was prepared to make a feast at home. Ceviche is marinading… Then got the magic question… Want to go to happy hour for Cinco? Duh!
Ok… Presidente Margarita was ok …$ 5, free chips, salsa & queso dip ( Unilocal check in) was yummy. And chicken and carnita fajitas were REALLY good… Or I was just hungry! PS: order xtra tortillas and taco fixings ASAP cuz it takes a while and your hungry! Lil dude ate a whole cheese burger slider & fries… translation…Hamburguesa con queso & papas fritas muy bien
Ended up meeting a bunch of my baby’s work peeps on the lanai and stayed for more margaritas! Happy Cinco de Drinko!

Went here on a Friday evening. Waited about 30 minutes to be seated, not too bad. But once we sat down and browsed the menu, it took forever for the server girl to come and take our order. Literally, 15 – 20 minutes of my boyfriend and I looking around for her, and she was nowhere to be found.
We ordered our food and waited about 20 minutes to receive it. It was made well and tasted great. Can’t go wrong with a bacon cheeseburger and fries!

Loves coming to chili’s however today’s waitress wasn’t so great. the table next to us had more care then us. irras.

Kinda quiet tonight. Love love chips n salsa (bottomless). Waitress is very attentive and they have a Ziosk that is on the table to reorder drinks or more food. You can also use it to check out and do a quick survey. There are 11 TV sets in the bar area alone and they are all playing something different. It’s average pricing and the appetizers are delish. Such as the deep fried asparagus and the southwestern egg rolls kinda remind me of empanadas. The lighting is kinda dim but it gives you a relaxed feel. Sits been newly renovated in the past year so it’s pretty nice and it’s clean. Bathrooms are well stocked. Good experience.

Enjoyed lunch here today. Checked in and got the free chips and queso. I ate the Guacamole burger substituting a turkey patty and thrilled to have that option, so many places don’t. Great service and I was seated quickly.

Came here to have brunch with my family wasted no time to be seated. I asked to be seated outside on the patio since the day was beautiful and the breeze was just awesome like that. The food we order was awesome as you can see in the pictures. The asparagus and the tomatoes was sooooo relish everyone was happy with their meal. Friendly staff with all smiles and checking up on us if we were all good with our food. The strawberry margarita I had was
lol after that we order the chocolate, Oreo and caramel fudge brownie and molten cake… yup there was six of us so business was going down with them desserts hehehe…
The only negative I had was they need to wipe down the patio tables before seating anyone outside since our tables were kinda dusty and turn the television on other than that customer satisfaction…

Love coming to Chili’s. Went there recently for my son’s birthday dinner.
Pros: the food is Awesome! The wait wasn’t too long (about 20mins if that and it was a Friday night).
Cons: I don’t remember our waitress’s name because this is a late review but she wasn’t very prompt on clearing our tables or refilling our drinks. And each time we asked her for something she would forget and take a while before she remembered. And for my son’s birthday song, they burned a chip on his ice cream which I thought was kinda weird but that was the first I’ve ever saw of that.
Gave it a 3stars just cause our waitress was junk and I had sore stomach afterwards

I just had lunch here, and this was by far the best service I have ever received at a Chili’s. I wish I recalled the waitress’ name who served us, but unfortunately my memory is failing me at the moment.
I came here with a group of 10, and we were seated immediately. We had chips and salsa, which the server provided very quickly, and refilled our salsa several times, in a very timely manner. She was friendly, and on point with just about everything. Drinks were refilled when they got below 20%, salsa was refilled with larger bowls of salsa, chips were replenished before we could see the bottom of the bowl, to go boxes were provided before even needing to ask. She was on point, and everyone at the table noticed. Definitely brought the overall experience of the meal up a notch, and when I return I will seek this waitress out and I request her as my server.
The food itself was as expected, chips and salsa were amazing, and this was shared by the table. I ordered the lunch combo which was priced very well; with a bowl of chili and a smoked chicken burrito. The chili was perfect, with just enough cheese to make it almost a creamy consistency. And most importantly it was served HOT, last time I came here it was lukewarm which was a disappointment. The smoked chicken burrito was just ok, but fell short of my expectations, I will likely not order this again.
Overall this was an excellent experience and a huge part of that was from the incredible service of our waitress.

Went here with a HUGE party from work to watch the football game on a Thursday afternoon/​evening, and I was SO pleasantly surprised by the service. Although we had 1 waitress among maybe 30 people, she handled it so well and was on top of everything, and we didn’t even have to ask for refills. The tableside guac was good, and my favorite Chili’s entrée, the Monterrey chicken, was no longer on the menu but they made it for me anyway!
The restaurant itself is newer with updated features and a clean bathroom. Probably my favorite Chili’s on the island after this experience. I am a fan!

There is a shortage of good places to eat in the Kapolei area. So with that being said, it’s sad but even if I were to have a bad experience here, I would probably be a returning customer. The food and service… Pretty much everything across the board is INCONSISTENT. The servers are pretty forgetful and need to be flagged down often to be reminded of our needs.
The molten lava cake will be perfect at times and on some occasions, the center will be ice cold. The batter on the deep fried pickles will be even and crispy one day and on another day, it will be cold, soggy and falling apart. Their menu is pretty extensive (with new things being added often) but, it’s obvious nothing really looks remotely like the pictures on the brightly colored menus.
The only thing I am consistently happy with is the amount of TVs they have… During football and basketball seasons, I can watch all the games at once without having to choose one or two games like I would have to at Ruby Tuesday.

I’ve been a customer here at this location for a number of years, both as a child and adult, and I’ve had decent service each visit. The place is nice, the servers are quite friendly and attentive, and the food is your average steakhouse-​quality yumminess.
The inside of the restaurant is your typical dimly-​lit establishment with Southwestern influenced décor, not unlike other steakhouses. There’s ample seating and bar space, as well as outdoor seating for larger parties (8+). Outdoor seating is covered and lined with tiki-​style torches for that Hawaiian ambience I suppose.
Speaking to my experience today, our server Rachael was very sweet and attentive. Everything came out in a timely fashion and our drink cups were never empty. She was especially sweet to my one-​year-​old nephew, which I truly appreciated (there are some waiters that completely ignore the existence of children).
My family’s food today was great as well. My sirloin was adequately tender and the flavor was excellent, but the cherry on top of the lunch date was my father’s prime rib. That steak was one juicy buggah!
We came, we ate, and we conquered, leaving no survivors — or room for dessert. We’ll be back sometime!
