Snorkel Depot Kapa’a

Talk about unfriendly, in 2÷4÷15 at 11:00am. Deserves zero stars if that was an option because one isn’t even deserving! The young girl, with the left broken arm in a cast, working in this store was rude, unwelcoming and didn’t say a word until asked a question and her snotty rude attitude is what prompted this review. Maybe the owners will see this and get someone working there that actually gives a damn and has customer service skills. People come to your shop to rent gear and this girl was a total turn off, we weren’t going to give this type of service our business! Rented out equipment else where! Beware of this shop, you’ve been warned!
