A great family restaurant that is walking distance from the Marriott Courtyard at coconut beach. Which makes it a great alternative to eating at the hotel all the time. The pizza was excellent and the service was great. The fettuccine Alfredo and ravioli were very good also.

We are on vacation from Atlanta and stopped here for lunch before my flight home. The pizza was so good. The lady who took care of us, Renee, was amazing!!! She was so personable just like most of the people here on the island. Such a sweet lady! We order«the Jake» pizza… so good and so baked perfectly. We will definitely come back here to eat when we visit Hawaii again.

Came recommended but I wouldn’t pass on that recommendation. Our ham and pineapple pizza was canned pineapple(in Hawaii, really people??), deli ham(ew) and what tasted like a Pillsbury pizza crust. Very disappointing. I’m guessing the artichoke dip came from Costco and the bruschetta was just tomatoes drenched in balsamic. Too many corners cut for my liking.

Feb, 2016, went there for supper, the place is old and services is C-, the pizza is C– also because the filling is small, the crust is hard, other may like it that way because the place is pretty busy. Anyway I am not a fan, so will not be back myself. RJ

Last week my hubby and friends went to get a takeout pizza from Bobby V’s(I was feeling under the weather). They ordered the margarita pizza and added sausage to it. I thought it tasted great… except for the pound of garlic under the cheese! I was tasting garlic for 2 days after that meal. The pizza was very yummy but less garlic would be better I think.

We have been to Kauai a few times and stopped here for dinner on our last night. This is seriously the best pizza I have had. We ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza and I have no shame admitting I basically had 4 slices of pizza. The crust is perfection. It’s not too thick nor thin but still has a bit of a crunch to it. Mmmm! The servers are such sweethearts. One of the gals brought out dough for our one and a half year old to play with. They were extremely attentive as well. I seriously want to go back to Kauai again just so I can have BBQ chicken pizza now… I am sure their other pizzas are to die for also!

This is a pretty good pizza place. The staff was great, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The pizza was good with a nice thin crust. It was good enough that my wife kept picking at it on the way home. We sat in the picnic area which was a little loud and crowded but gave us a fun experience.

The reason im knocking down my rating is because the food is great the staff is friendly and helpful. but one flaw my food the chicken parm was like eating breaded jerky very tough chewy and thin sliced. however my wifes was very tender thick and tasty. but i will be back. thanks bobby v

Pizza was just average. Not the best pizza, but not the worst. $ 22 for a large w topping pizza. I would forego getting pizza in Hawaii again.

Great pizza and good prices(for Kauai). My wife and I had a Margherita pizza which was so good we got a pepperoni to take home for the kids. My wife’s coke was flat and they quickly changed the CO2. gave my wife a new soda and did not charge us for the coke. Great service. Less than $ 50 for 2 large pizzas is a great price for food on Kauai and they are right on the beach. Great place!

We loved this place. Four of us shared two large entrée salads and a large Mediterranean Pizza, and got away for $ 43.72 plus the tip. The pizza had a crisp, thin crust, pesto sauce and mozzarella, and generous amounts of kalamata olives, capers, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Delicious. We sat out back at a picnic table, and with our meal, enjoyed a bottle of pinot noir we brought with us. The restaurant does not serve alcohol, but they encourage people(we called ahead and asked) to bring their own wine, and they don’t charge a corkage fee! How nice is that!?! I wish I remembered the name of our server. She was very enthusiastic about the restaurant’s food, helpful, and fun. I’d definitely return.

Everything is Kauai is on the expensive side, just because of how much more expensive things are as compared to the mainland. Of course, there are some places that are even more expensive that are specifically catered to tourists. Bobby V is not cheap but there are plenty of other places that offer around the same quality food for more money. The food here is good and the portions were big. The service was prompt and friendly. Seating is provided both indoor and outdoor. There is a 10% discount coupon available in tourist guides, which makes this place more affordable.

The best kept secret on Kauai. Great Italian flavor at mainland prices. Oh — it is a BOB so bring your favorite wine. Come hungry — the portions are ample. The service is great — come and enjoy!

My partner and I shared a large pizza, split between classical hawaiian and pepperoni + pineapple, as well as a large salad. The large salad was a bit smaller than I’d hoped it would be(yielding 4 – 5 forkfulls per person), but the papaya seed dressing was delightful. The classical hawaiian pizza was a hit in my book. The crust was thin, and served as a good carrying medium for the ample pineapple spread across the top. I’m generally a fan of napoli-style thin crust and hold great disdain for the bready crusts used by most american pizza chains, and the ham/pineapple/cheese balance was on point. The pepperoni side could have featured more pepperoni to compensate for the lack of cheese(my partner is a lactard) — but it’s hard to get cheese-free pizza exactly right. I’d definitely return if I had another pizza craving, though I’d probably ask them to double-up on the pepperoni for the cheese-free side.

My boyfriend and I were not fans of the pizza here, we both agreed that we wouldn’t get it again. The crust wasn’t very good. We had our pizza topped with pepperoni, meatballs, and garlic. The pepperoni and meatballs were fine, however the garlic seemed like jarred garlic that had just been dumped in the middle of the pizza and wasn’t even spread around at all.

Ordered takeout here — Very good pizza, plenty of cheese and delicious. Crust can be a little hard but helps with holding up the thin crust pizza slice. Not cheap but then again not much else is on the island, apart from maybe food trucks and fast food. There is a 10pct off coupon in some tourism magazine/brochure that we saw afterwards, missed out on that

Take out pizza review as we were dining out dined out: had the Hawaiian(delicious and I am not the Hawaiian super fan), the margherita(decent but nowhere near true Italian) and a sausage mushroom, which was very good. Overall came to $ 66 for 2 large and one small-not cheap but very good crust and it did the trick for 6 of us with several slices left. They were piping hot out of the oven! If you dine there, would definitely recommend outside as it was really warm inside even after sunset.

Was coming back to our hotel after a long day out. Wanted something quick we could bring back to our hotel… pizza was, happily, the answer. We found Bobby V on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. The service(unlike some other reviews) was AWESOME. The ladies working were friendly and helpful. Seemed like a great place to sit down and eat. We placed our pick up order over the phone with ease. The reason we gave it a three star was because the pizza was just okay. Not horrible, not the best. Just average. We got the margarita pizza which, in our opinion, had way to much garlic. We also got a side salad… average as well. The papaya salad dressing was pretty good.

Just like my grams use to do… That’s the words that came out of my mouth once I sank my teeth into the chicken broccoli ziti Alfredo, but Bobby v’s wasn’t done, I wanted a good pizza too, and hey I’m in Hawaii so why wouldn’t I order Hawaiian pizza, it was loaded with toppings, I mean covered the entire pie. The sauce was delish, the cheese fresh and the service outstanding. The place is owned and operated by a husband and wife duo, and the wife Kristen must have made no less than 45 trips up and down the stairs to the back picnic area located behind the shop. Everyone was so warm and friendly and smiles were abound everywhere. Just one of those places that make you realize that island life is definitely the way life should be. Don’t be too surprised to see their kids helping out either, they may be young but they sure know how to help run the family business. It’s a byob place as well, so if you feel like a drink enjoy… Reminds me of back home in the north end in Boston…
