They don’t even get 1 star from me. They shut the bay door when I pulled up and I wasn’t able to get in the side door as it was still locked 10 minutes after they opened. They stood inside the garage just looking at me and laughing. Worst customer service EVER!

Worst customer service EVER. Do not walk into this place expecting them to treat you like it matters that you have chosen to support their business over someone else’s. It took almost 10 minutes for an associate to even acknowledge that I was even there. Four associates actually had to walk around me to get behind the counter. I understand people can be busy, but customer service 101 is to at least say«hello». I should have taken that as a warning sign and never left my vehicle there. After leaving the building to go have lunch, I got a call from a technician stating that they couldn’t find my lug nut key and that they couldn’t perform the services I needed without it. The gentleman on the phone was friendly, but not very helpful. I told him I was going to call the dealership to see if I could get a replacement and that I would call back shortly. Once I got in touch with the dealer and tried to call back, the phones just rang and rang. I waited about 5 minutes before deciding to hang up and try back. Same thing happened, but as I was getting ready to hang up, someone from electronics finally answered. He then transferred me to the operator so she could transfer me to automotive. Well, that would have been fine, but she hung up on me before I could even get a breath in. When I finally got the operator back on the line, I asked to speak to the store manager. He’s on vacation. So I asked for the person in charge in his absence. A lot of good that did me! He very sarcastically asked what my problem was! Clearly it’s unacceptable to be frustrated when you’ve been trying to reach the people who you’ve left your not-so-inexpensive vehicle with! I finally made it back to the service center to pick up my keys. You would think that’s an in-and-out kind of thing, having not had any services actually rendered and no paperwork to fill out. WRONG! There were four associates(the same ones that walked around me earlier) standing around staring at a computer screen and helping ONE customer. I finally spoke up after 5 minutes, and said that all I needed was the key to my car. The customer behind me was obviously a regular, because she scoffed and said, «This is Walmart. You can’t come here in a hurry.» WHYDOYOUKEEPGIVINGTHEMYOURBUSINESS, LADY! Once I finally got my keys and got out to my car, it was overtly obvious that they had dug through every compartment looking for my lug nut key. The change from the center console was strewn about the car, I’m surprised they were even able to close the glovebox with the state it was in, and everything that was in the trunk was now under the spare tire cover. WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! I’d rather pay twice as much at another establishment and be treated like a human!

So we brought our car in to have 2 tires replaced after hitting a median head-on and informed them that one of the wheels had hit a curb. Rather than verifying the wheel’s structural integrity, they installed the new tire and sent us on our way. Probably 3 months later, the tire(on the wheel that had been previously bent) blew out and got shredded. $ 200 down the toilet. I won’t be back. You get what you pay for.
