They have plenty of things that are different. It is almost a self contained little area. They have a Philly Cheesesteak shop, a organic grocery store that has a city market on certain days, a wonderful seafood restaurant that flies everything in daily, a spa that is spectacular. It is a great place to go.

Excellent little shopping plaza, with resto’s and a spa. My favorite places are Green Acres Market, Trezo Mare, Sugar Mama’s Bakery, and The Spa at Briarcliff. Nell Hill’s is a two story design and furnishings store that stays packed. Beautifully landscaped and über clean. It’s sits up on a cliff with terrific views of the Kansas City skyline.

***This outdoor shopping plaza is very nice, but it is filled with mostly upscale boutiques and services (and the shops lean more towards niche products like pet bedding and blinds so it is not the greatest place to browse and kill time); there are a few restaurants though and the area is nice (the shopping area sits on a cliff that overlooks downtown Kansas City); it is definitely a nice and high-​end retail plaza, but I just wish there was more to do or see***
This outdoor shopping plaza has its own free parking lot, which is very big; it is easy finding an open space.

Awesome little shopping center! They have some very cute place, but it’s not for the cheap-​at-​heart. You have to be walking around with some money because you won’t be able to afford anything if you’re on a budget. Nice to walk around!
