and that is saying something!

Instead of fixing my laptop they broke it! I dropped it off to get the screen replaced. When I followed up they said the motherboard was fried. They tried to tell me they could see it had been a problem for a long time. The laptop was fine other than the screen. I worked on it the very morning I dropped it off. They denied any responsibility. They also have a cat in their shop and the place smells awful!
