Last week I got a breakfast burrito at the drive thru. They were out of picante sauce. Today, I asked before I even placed my order. Sure enough, they are out of picante sauce. That means either they have been out for 2 weeks or they just keep running out. I drove off and went down the street to a place with better reputation. There is a reason there is never any cars in their parking lot or drive thru in the morning yet MacD down the street, has a full lot and two drive thru’s full of customers. Every morning I drove down Rainbow. Every morning I take notice there are very few if any customers at this Taco bell, yet other fast foods are super busy. I don’t forsee this place staying open much longer.

I want my money back ! For real. As a fan of Mexican food and unique kitchen I can say This particular place, or a spot is not the best idea for visiting in.
I visited it by accident last day. With some colleagues we were just passing and decided to have a lunch.
5 people 5 different orders. I took quesarito combo for $ 4,99 and a soft drink. The girl next to me too burrito supreme for $ 2.99. And the next colleague — XXL grilled stuff burrito for $ 3.99. First it took ages before our orders to be delivered. Usually, in Taco Bell takes less than 2 minutes for an order like this. It took more than 5 five minutes.
The line was slowly legging behind. And some people even left the are in search for faster service. I took a bite from my quesarito and… it was cold. The taste was not bad at all but nothing as usual quesarito form taco belle should taste.
My colleagues reported that their orders are cold too. I am sure taco is running the business under standards and procedures bust in this are something was not wright.
Whne you check the other comments you will see that the other Unilocalers are reporting same issues with slow and questionable service.

I wish I couldn’t even give a star. I pride myself in living a healthy life, but I do eat Taco Bell maybe twice a week. Today I talked to Addie for five minutes calmly about how my order was wrong. Addie is the one that works the register to go. She told me to fuck off and she was not replacing my order. I also pride myself in being an engineer and making enough money to buy a burrito. Addie, I won’t be back because of you. I used to go twice a week in that location… Not anymore.

It’s Taco Bell. Nothing more special than any other Taco Bell and nothing negative to say.

This location is near me so it enables me to order and return home within 10 – 15 minutes. There is not usually a long wait, but there are regularly around 4 – 5 cars in the drive thru line on any given night. I have continued to be impressed by the worker efficiency in the drive thru. They do a great job in keeping the line moving, and I have never had to idle for a long time at all, which has been a problem experienced at other fast food restaurants. I have not ever eaten inside this particular Taco Bell before, so I can only speak for the drive thru, but I have to say that I find the service is fast, the employees are customer friendly, and my food orders have all been accurately filled.

The gal working the window was awesome at 1130pm on 8 – 31, se literally counted the requested amount of sauce packets!!!

Ummm for some reason this Taco Bell decided to put the bathrooms right at the entrance, and it smelled absolutely horrific when i walked in. Not exactly very appetizing. Otherwise, it’s a pretty normal Taco Bell. I just avoid going inside and try to use the drive-​thru.

A Fan of Taco Bell? Sounds depressing. Whenever I am out late, I always end up at BK or Taco Bell on my way home. Last night was no different. I usually go to one closer by my house, but I was driving by this one, so I thought I’d add a check-​in at a new location.
Because of the location, this is one of the stores that has the giant teller drawer and bullet proof glass at the drive-thru…it’s always a little scary when you see that. The order taker was nice, attentive, didn’t say «huh?» and was even polite thru the 3″ plexiglass.
Sometimes you get some pretty sloppy messes from TB, but I was impressed to get my order quickly and the stuff wasn’t squooooshing all over the place like it sometimes is.

My former step-​uncle Jean-​Phillipe was a janitor at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy so I know a thing or two about Mexican fast food.
While I hate to eat fast food and support über-​corporate entities like Yum! I occasionally must lower my standards and ignore my conscience due to circumstances beyond my control.
Well, let me tell you, I was treated better at this Taco Bell than I have been at many supposed fine dining establishments. Both of the gals that worked to prepare my special order were abundantly friendly and helpful.
I have some self-​imposed dietary restrictions that they were able to not only accommodate but accommodate with a smile.
