Pizza Hut

Honestly THIS is THE worst Pizza Hut hands down! Delivery takes a hour and we live across the street LITERALLY. Also once they get to your house the pizza is cold and incorrect. Have tried a couple times thinking it might be a bad day for them but NOPE same experience except this delivery driver was smoking a cigarette while exchanging a pizza. Now someone tell me if this is good service worthy of repeat business? Hmmmm, I think not!

There food is good. Sometimes they skimp on the toppings. More than other pizza huts. But they have improved. The last time I ordered a pizza online was last week. I put my order in at 3:30 and to pick it up at 5:15. I arrived at 5:25. My order was not ready. I had to wait another 30 minutes. I was not happy.

HORRIBLE. Rude managers. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 3 boxes of wings. All wrong! When calling to complain I get the runaround and get told I’ll never get a credit. I’ve called corporate and they are taking care of it.

This is one of the worst Pizza Huts in the city. I’ve watched this location go downhill over the years. I love how close this location is to where I live but I would rather drive a little farther for decent service.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for 3 years because I thought it was the closest to my home. The pizza has always been fresh, hot and great and I have never once had a problem. I usually pickup the pizza since I get tired of waiting 45 minutes for a delivery and the pizza has always been ready when I arrived 15 minutes after placing the order online.
The location is right off the highway so it’s easy to get to, parking is great since they have a lot on the side and in the back. The staff has always been friendly and I can’t say anything bad other than random people asking for money at the bottom of the off ramp coming from the highway. I will note that I found out there is another location closer to my place so I will likely be going there for now on simply because it’s closer :)

DO NOT GO HERE! Avoid this location at all costs. I ordered some food for carry out and when I went to pick it up, the girl took my money and told me it would be right up. I sat there for 45 MINUTES waiting for them to bring out my food. During that time several employees would step out, look at me, and walk by. Finally after being there for an hour, someone asks me what I was waiting on, I told them I had been waiting on my food for an hour. She tried to bribe me with extra food and then when she gave me my actual order it was the WRONG THING! Needless to say I am NEVER getting food from here again.
