Less than impressed. I went to a sales event and was very interested in purchasing a vehicle. The sales associate was not very knowledgeable about the inventory on the lot. I asked him specific questions about certain trucks which he had no answers and was not motivated to find out. I asked to look at a spreadsheet with info like make, model, year, milage, etc but they didn’t have one which to me seems very basic for any dealership. At the end of it all they were unable to help me or work at all for my business.

Fantastic! I got a great price for my trade ins! That took over half the price off my purchase. A super high quality truck with no hassle at all! Bobby was fantastic! He helped us get this fantastic deal. Micha was outstanding at getting us an out of this world rate! These two together worked hard at making this a car buyers dream and not a nightmare. I will be referring others a amuck as I can. These guys deserve and earned my respect

Iam taking pete franklins best cars kc to court to get back the money I spent on gap insurance and the extended warranty. I purchased a vehicle in early august 2012 and I purchased extended warranty and gap insurance. I refinanced vehicle 2 weeks later and new financing had gap insurance included so I went to dealership and canceled gap and extended warranty and was informed it would take 6 – 8 weeks to get money back. Now its almost february 2013 and still no check. I think I have waited long enough !!! Thanks, Ken Wood
