Into everyone’s life falls a little rain. Mine came in the form of my car’s water pump and its inability to not leak antifreeze. As usual, the best advice comes from seasoned citizen neighbors. Without hesitating they all said to take it to Orr’s. I didn’t have an appointment, so they could not diagnose the problem til the end of the day. The following day they replaced the pump, filled the radiator, handed me a very modest bill for the work, and I was out the door. The nicest part of this experience is that these guys kept in touch with me. I never had to pick up the phone and ask where they were with things. A shop that does good work, has good customer service is a friend indeed.
