I have lived here almost 2 years. When I moved to KC, I looked at tons of apartments, and this was the only one that I really considered. The apartments are a great size for the price, and well maintained. Staff is very friendly, and any time I have had to call maintenance, the issue is resolved extremely promptly. My only complaint is that the windows in my unit are kind of drafty. As Becky mentioned, the snow removal is great! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, which I like. The grocery store is within walking distance. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve lived in this complex for a little over 2 years and I’ve been really happy with my experience the entire time. Rent rates are really affordable and its located in a nice, suburban area conducive to walking or getting out and about up in the northland. The staff is always pleasant whenever I’ve had to deal with them. In all my time at this complex, I’ve not once had to call maintenance for anything. Neighbors are pretty decent and respectable, and snow removal is really well upkept during the winter. This has been one of my favorite complexes I’ve ever lived in, and I’ve lived in several over the years.
