Front staff okay. Management was nonexistent. Waited 15 minutes for management to show up to solve a minor cashier error. All while listening to the employees say the managers were probably doing email in the back. Never heard as much as a «sorry for the wait» from the manager.

After running in my last pair of shoes(Nike Air Max) for entirely WAY too long, it was time for a new pair. I visited the Nike outlet hoping to find a great deal, and I think I did. This store has a great selection of shoes and apparel for men, women and children. The shoes that I purchased were about 15 $ dollars cheaper than what I found in a quick internet search, but the customer service was pretty poor. I didn’t see a sales associate the entire time I was shopping, and I actually had a couple of questions. Also, it was an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon, and there were boxes of shoes stacked up all over the place. Either the sales associates were off their game, or this store was completely understaffed.

Just witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen. A Gentlemen brought his son in to shop with a gift card the son received as a gift. Apparently the card was not activated by the Nike cashier when purchased resulting in some issues when the child was trying to check out. The manager was very rude and dismissive of the man, basically calling him a liar in front of his child. Over a 50 dollar gift card… They lost my business and I was just a bystander.

This is a great store. I was truly shocked at the selection and the prices were amazing. My husband needed some new shoes terribly. He has a bum foot and needs new shoes often. He won’t though because of the cost. Well he no longer gets to use this as an excuse. We will be going back minimum every 3 months.

Discounts are minimal… I’ve found several items in this«outlet» that are available for a third of a price at the Marshalls in the same shopping center. Don’t carry gear for all sports… for example, no tennis stuff to be found. Plus, as others have mentioned, this place is a zoo. Not worth it!

Terrible music, crying kids and just a zoo. I guess I’m just an old fart, but will never step foot in this place again.

This place is a freakin zoo! Way to busy, and the staff is not very helpful. The place is messy because there are so many people in the store picking up, and puting things down where ever, and the staff does not clean up(not that I blame them). I walked into here a few weeks ago, and I will not go back. I walked in wanting to buy new shoes, and walked right out. I will not be back here, not worth it

If you like Nike, then you’ll LOVE this store. It’s got all your favorite gear, only at a discount. The best part of the store is the back wall of super discounted shoes. I was able to score some great cross trainers for around $ 40. The quality is just what you’d get if you were paying full price — gotta love outlets. There are also plenty of employees around to assist you if you have questions or can’t find something.

I needed a reason to go to Kansas. Checking off all 50 states is on my bucket list, and my friend and I were headed to Kansas City, MO for the weekend. We decided to go shopping across the state line. Outlet shopping. Its like meeting a cute guy, trading phone numbers and waiting for that phone to ring. Every time you hear the beep beep of your phone, you grab for it, anxious and breathless only to see the caller ID of your mother. That is how I feel almost every time I hit up an outlet store that advertises, «30% off lowest price!» My hands slip on the door handles, sweating with anticipation of the bargains I may find. The perfected run-walk that you did as a kid around the side of the pool comes in handy, as you silently scream, «on your left!» to the woman slightly ahead of you headed towards the same rack. Bright orange sports bras, matching plaid dri-fit T’s and brightly colored racer back tanks seem to jump off the hangers in your direction. Quickly flipping through the sale items, you find a light weight navy long sleeved track jacket to perfectly complement the hot pink cropped yoga pants you scored a few weeks earlier. Check the price — $ 29. With 30% off… that’s a steal! Check the size — XS. Check the next size — XS. And the next — XS. Two more to go… L. And an XL. Really? Repeat the scenario for those super comfy bright red wide leg sweat pants and the teal and lime tennis skirt. This happens almost every time… EXCEPTHERE! For one of the first times in outlet shopping history, almost every item I found on the sale rack that peaked my interest, my size was available. Perhaps I may return to Kansas sooner than I ever thought.

I really like this store because it is basically an ‘outlet’ Nike store. Almost everything is discounted from the original price, even though there are items that can still be found at regular price at other stores. There is men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel along with a huge selection of shoes for each department and assorted accessories, such as golf bags, backpacks, footballs, socks, etc. These are all great deals at well. I got a armband holder for my iPod for $ 8(originally $ 15) and my brother got a really nice string napsack/backpack for $ 15, originally $ 25. They also have a selection(mostly in men’s) of local college apparel– i.e. K-State and KU. These aren’t too big of bargains, but the t-shirts are a good/moderate price. I’d recommend this store if you really like Nike clothing and shoes.
