I have gone to Dr. Sullivan for several years. He is an excellent gyn doctor. He has also done surgery on me. The problem is the office people who make appointments. Twice I have requested Research, made the appointment and when arriving at the office, was told he was in Belton that day. When I specifically ask for a location and they tell me yes, I assume that’s where I should go. They are very unapologetic like it’s my fault that it happened. They couldn’t possibly have made a mistake. I will continue seeing the doctor, but next time will start calling every day for awhile to be sure I’ll be going to the right office.
