Horribly rude and unprofessional. The dude working the counter with the earnings and whatever that haircut is was an ass…

Could not give any less than this but 1 star will have to do. Went to this location for breakfast at 8:30 in the morning. And there was boxes onboth sides of the counter. There was three managers and one employee just standing around doing prep work. Two men came in after me got their food and when I looked at the manager that deliver the food he looked at me and said so sorry from across the dining room… nevermind the fact that there was only five people total including myself in the restaurant at the time and no drive up customers… One of the managers told me oh I’ve already been to my store I’m just at the store helping out. She was from the one at 18^th Street and I-​70 The pop machine was out of most of the beverages and the flavors for the sodas… won’t be going back to any the Jack In The Box restaurants any time soon… the other customers were commenting on how the employees were taking so long also… All we could do was laugh… the worst part was the managers were making excuses about how the computers went down… oh so sorry…

The drive through takes forever! Literally there were only 3 cars in the drive through and I sat in line for 30 minutes. I would have left if I wasn’t trapped in the line. Never coming back to this location.

This place is disgusting. There is food everywhere. On floors and counters. Customer service is non existent. The employees scream out weird stuff from the kitchen. The drink machine is empty. The ranch dressing is out. No one is leading this business. It is a hot mess. I would not come here. I will never come back!

They serve better than average fast food, what more needs to be said. This specific restaurant could stand to have their employees do more frequent dining area cleanings but other than that, above average fast food us the name of the game. Now that Jack (and others) are starting to branch out from their west coast and southern locations, I see now why the competition is finally starting to make menu changes.

We waited and waited at the drive-​thru. There was a pick up in front of and about 4 – 5 vehicles behind us. We waited for quite awhile, but the guy in the white pick up was never helped and left.
We were next and no on helped us either. My husband tells hello to the intercom and honks, no help! So we drives to the first window no one there, drives to the second window and a young African American girl was standing there. She never acknowledges us, she turns away and walks towards the back. We left too.
No drive thru service here. They were not even busy inside the restaurant.

Slowest service around. We decided to hit the drive thru for a snack after the comedy show last night and after 20 mins of waiting we finally got our 2 tacos and an order of fries. Then to add insult to injury the sprite we ordered was a cup of water. The only reason they get a second star is because the hamburgers are actually pretty good, IF you have time to waste waiting on their «service».

The staff is so professional and friendly. The manager was working his butt off and gaves us probably the best fast food experience. Food was quality and my kids loved it!!!

My first experience with Jack in the Box. Heard so many great things from friends so maybe my expectations were too high. Ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, curly fries, and two tacos.
The flavor was good and the price was very reasonable. My only question was if it’s an ultimate burger shouldn’t it have lettuce or tomato or onion or something.
Would I go back? Probably. If I was looking for fast food. But overall I would say the food is average.
I will say the staff was very friendly and polite. That was refreshing.

This location has much better service and quality of product than the dump on 18^th street in KCK. I went through here as a convenience since I’ve tried to avoid JITB. I would come back here if I needed a quick burger and were out this way.

July 13^th
It was my first time eating at a Jack in the Box. We chose this location due to the close proximity to the Legends outlet mall.
Soon as we walked in it felt like we had walked into their cooler. The temp was very cold. The girl that took are order was nice. We ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger with fries and drinks. We filled up our drinks and chose a seat.
The location appeared to be clean on the inside. Many of the other guests took advantage of the outdoor seating. It was very warm out but maybe it felt better than eating in the icebox? I’m not entirely sure.
The girl brought us our food. The gf and I ordered the same. The fries in my opinion were «sad fries» by the appearance. But they had a good taste to them. Just enough salt.
My gf looked at her burger, making the comment, «I don’t know what is so ultimate about this?» — The burger had two patties, cheddar and swiss cheese, mustard, ketchup, and… wait where were the veggies? It lacked all veggies. No lettuce, tomato, onion, anything.
Now c’mon, even Mcdonalds across the street probably spoils their guests and doesn’t claim to be giving their customer the ultimate experience without the veggies. Shame shame on you mr jack in the box.
Overall the meal was decent. Would I go back. I’m not entirely sure to this location but to another quite possible. I would get something else from the menu.
Nothing against the workers. You did a fine job. You got our food out to us in a timely manner. You got our order right. You did well… other than giving us veggies. But who knows maybe Jack in the box isn’t about the veggies?

They don’t seem to have marinara sauce anymore for their menu which is a shame because the mozzarella sticks were amazingly good. The service indoors is horrendous. Messed up our order and my girlfriend went in to get it corrected and all the guys stopped working to talk to her and we’re very creepy. They also gave her free cheesecakes. Besides that I think this store needs some management training.

Lady who was working the drive thru didn’t wear gloves and filled fries which spilled out of the package hit her hands and back into the stack of fries. Enough said…

Service was pleasant, food was mediocre. Can’t say we’ll bother to go back — we had never been to Jack in the box before and wanted to try something new.
Basically, I came away with there is nothing special here. They were out of the little cups at the condiment stations and there was some dude on his hands and knees scrubbing out the trash bin (right under the condiment station) who was seriously in the way and producing a not-​so appetite enhancing stench. They gave us a number and had us go sit down and brought us our food. Our fries were also cold and hard… they did give us fresh ones when we asked. The staff seemed to be congregating just off camera so they could yack it up. The place was basically vacant… at about 6pm on a Monday night. Just not impressed.

Slow service, good food.
