Unfortunately, even though this is a relatively new salon, the service here leaves much to be desired. I took my mother here for a special treat. Unfortunately we were greeted in a very bland and unfriendly way. Most regrettably, my mother ended up with an infection in her foot that required a full course of anabiotic’s. Needless to say this explains both my low rating and my reluctance to encourage anyone to go to the store. I think Top 10 is the Best in Independence.

I wish I had the same great experience everyone else is raving about. I’m gonna regret stepping foot in this shop for the next few months.
A fill and a toe polish change was all I wanted. I had two lifting nails and two that looked like they would be lifting in about a week, other than that my nails were sturdy like I had them done that day. My tech didn’t want to work with them at all and acted as if I was holding on to a set that had been done a month ago (it had been a week and a half). Clearly it was an upsell attempt. I obliged. He immediately starts ripping off all of my nails… no soak, no filing, no nothing. He just forced a tip between my natural nail and acrylic while telling me I needed to relax. Then when I said I was too scared to get a full set because I virtually had no nail bed left he suggested shellac… even more money. Once he realized how traumatized I was he finally said I should just grow them out and not put anything on them because they are too thin now. YA THINK?
My nails hurt and I can feel the tissue under my nail bed. Never again.
The facility is nice for the price point but I didn’t experience any good customer service from the moment I walked in.

I went in today because my feet needed some TLC. I felt somewhat ignored the whole time, I think it’s because I’m male (and they probably don’t do too many pedicures for men), or perhaps others may have had appointments? I don’t know. I just set there as many others were helped.
When it was my turn, I had Ivy. She was pleasant, efficient, and effective. Ultimately, it was a very good experience. All I can say is that if more men had pedicures, there would be a lot less tension in the world.
I’ll gladly return.

Love coming here with my mom and sister because they have so many pedi stations that we always get to sit by each other.
They are generally quick and efficient at getting you in and out the door.
The pricing isn’t bad either.
I will say though, that sometimes I get a technician who looks annoyed to be there and annoyed because he/​she has to do my nails. Sometimes they hurry through it and I feel completely jipped out of my massage. Which is the best part of a pedicure I mean come on!
If I knew of a different place that had similar pricing and a lot of stations I would probably switch and stop coming here.

This was my first time coming here. With it being beautiful out there was a long wait no matter where I tried before… I assumed this place would be the same way since there was 6 people seated before me. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called in just a little over 10 minutes!
I’m so glad I tried this place and feel confident I’ve found my trusted nail salon. They’re friends and professional. The interior is gorgeous… So are my nails!

I’ve had my ups and downs with this place. I get pedicures here every month or so and I’m usually pretty happy with them. But they have a few not so great nail techs that routinely mess up the designs or don’t listen to what I ask for, which is annoying because the pedicures are around $ 35.
My mom regularly gets shellack or gel nails here every two weeks and she tends to have trouble with some of the techs not listening to her either even though she’s a regular and gets basically the same thing every time.
Now we just make appointments with our favorite nail tech, Nicky and haven’t had a single problem since.

My best friend, her sister and mom and I went the day before her wedding. We had an amazing time. Pedicures were so relaxing, and they cater well to tickish feet. Our nails were fabulous, and even added a little nail art. I got my eyebrows waxed and almost pain free. We will be returning for sure!

Good service, fair prices, and great color selection. Only complaint is that they kept asking me if I wanted to add more services like eyebrow wax (which I JUST got them done a few days ago) or manicure or tips. I’m not a fan of that.
