Foot Locker

Pretty cool store and was much needed for the plaza for a more urban appeal in which was needed. Overall good customer service and had a log selections to choose from in which was a good thing. I’d recommend coming here versus going to the mall.

As a sneakerhead this is by far the best footlocker in the Kc metro area. Have come to know the staff fairly well and always enjoy my visits there. They get almost all the new releases except some quick strikes and extremely limited runs such as the doernbecher collection etc. great store

The newest styles from Nike, Adidas et all can be found here. This location gets all the newest shoe «launches» (I know, crazy!) from the major players in footwear. Again, I would know this top secret information because of a 13-​year old boy.
That being said, the service is hit or miss. I actually prefer not to be hassled while I shop. So appropriately, it’s okay with me if I’m ignored for the first 10 minutes while in the store. More time for me! I know this infuriates some others, but oddly, I’m okay with this scenario.
It’s totally weird how they only give you ONE SHOE to try on and they guard the box at the desk. But I guess this means they’ve seen their fare share of theft. So if you are actually serious about buying some shoes here, you must ask for the OTHER shoe to try on too.
We will be making a trip back tomorrow as the shoes we bought tonight had an odd mismatch on the toe. Obviously, my daughter should have tried on BOTH shoes… at the same time. My bad!

Don’t go here if you have normal expectations of customer service. I was here in the middle of the day and was the only customer in the store. I was asked if I needed assistance and I explained what I was looking for (black sweatpants). After initially helping me look unsuccessfully the associate just walked away without saying anything. I returned to my search alone and there were only two other customers in the store who reeked of marijuana. After selecting a pair of pants, I went to the register where the associate proceeded to hand out tickets for the new Jordans to the other customers instead of ringing me up.

Went in for socks — –nothing
