Eden Tree Service

I was really impressed. The owner came out to provide us with a free estimate and gave us a variety of options without making us feel any pressure to commit to any single course of action or even to work with his company.
His pricing was in line with what I expected to pay for the service. He also told us about a deal that had been available through Angie’s List which would cut our costs in half. Unfortunately, the deal was no longer available, however, Eden Tree Service agreed to remove the limbs for $ 200 which we thought was very reasonable.
Although he was backed up for several weeks, he was able to fit us in within a few days, because the limbs were on the house itself. We were at work the day they came out, so we weren’t here for the service, but when I got home, the limbs were gone and there wasn’t a trace of their work, except for where they had to excavate some of our dirt to get through the gate. Eden Tree Service has definitely earned our business in the future.

We had a large tree fall in our backyard last weekend. Luckily it was supported by our pergola, but was laying on the power line to the house and causing a lot of tension. If we didn’t get it removed that day we might have lost power. I called 2 other 24 hour tree services and one didn’t answer and the other one the receptionist had to get back to me. The I found Eden on Angie’s List. Called the main number and Matt answered the phone when I called at 8:30 in the morning and was there to assess the damage by 10:30. Within an hour he had a full crew on site. It took 3 – 4 hours, almost all afternoon, to get this tree removed and they were very careful with how they did it. There a was a huge potential for the power line coming off the house, but they were able to hoist it off the power line and we never lost power. Very professional and cleaned everything up better than it was before the tree fell! We called our insurance the following Monday and Eden worked with our homeowner’s insurance to help get us covered for the incident. I will definitely use them again and refer to friends and family.

I got a bid to remove a dead tree from Eden. The man that came out was like a used car salesman — trying to manipulate me with «one day only» type deals.
I used Budget Tree Service instead and paid $ 1,025 less than what Eden quoted me.
UPDATE: I am glad to see that over ten people have found this review to be helpful. Hopefully they were able to get an honest deal and hopefully the owners of this business know that people don’t like to be manipulated.
