Just went through the drive thru and the only one at that and they failed to give me everything I ordered and paid for. Not worth going back so just won’t be going back in the future. How do you screw up your only customer’s order?

This is the slowest fast food place ever. I literally waited 20 minutes for my fast food order for 1. Although they were friendly, I felt that they could’ve worked a little faster. What sucks is that once your in line(drive thru) you can’t get out! So you’re stuck in the slowest freakin fast food line ever!!! This was on a Sunday afternoon. Can’t imagine what it’s like on Fridays or Saturdays!

The staff was very friendly and quick! I came here for a quick birthday lunch and I will definitely be back! The food was made quick and fresh! The staff was kind and very friendly, they sang me happy birthday and had the whole restaurant singing. Thanks for a great birthday lunch!

I wish this Burger King were more consistant. I’ve had some AWESOME food here, with really great customer service. and I’ve also had some over-cooked food, with crappy customer service. I never know what to expect at this location. which is kinda stressful.

I always thought that Burger King was the have it your way place. Today I experienced a major FAIL in truth of advertising. When I got to the drive thru window, I wanted to order 4 of those mini-burgers/mini chicken sandwiches. I was point blank told I could not order two mini-burgers and 2 mini-chicken sandwiches, but would have to order 4 of each. This is a new promo item, I wanted to try it. The combo was 4 mini sandwiches(burger or chicken) but no way to mix the two. How hard would it have been to fill my order with two and two. Instead I was told I could not order what I wanted. I told the guy at the drive thru«I thought this was the have it your way place.» There was no response. I changed my order to a Whopper Jr. and when I got to the window to pay, the kid at the window asked me, «how are you today.» I responded«Not very good.» I’ll not be eating at this BK again, and will see if I can at least try the mini-burgers and mini-chicken at another store before writing to the corporate offices and contacting the Attorney General about false advertising. Have it your way NOT.
