We had Brock Hops out to Mildale Farm for our wedding weekend and our expectations were EXCEEDED!
*Great customer service
*Easy to work with
*Yummy food
First of all the hotdogs were so delicious and then you add the creative toppings… oh my! Our guests were so pleased. I’ve never loved a dog so much!
Also, having a vegetarian husband didn’t go over well with most of the caterers we talked to.
However, when we made the request, they were happy to come up with a custom «dog» with veggies, black beans and sriracha… it was so great. YUM! It was good and well balanced for a vegetarian.
They were friendly, easy to work with and the food was DELISH! We love you Brock Hops!!!
If you have planned a wedding, you know there are many details to work out so each vendor can make it easy or they can make things harder…
Thanks for adding value to our weekend wedding.
Definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed!

First time I tried this food truck at college parking lot. I glanced at the menu and I saw fried bologna. Say What??? Oh he did not go there. This was no made-​at-​home fried bologna with just bread and meat. But boused up with condiments and thick meat. Nice! Now I have visited them a couple more times at the Merriam market. Never got to see the fried bologna again but from the other items I have ordered, I have been pleased with. This food truck is on the top of my list to hit up when I can. Super excited to see they will be at the next Unilocal event (December 2013).
