We’ve used services here for four years because it is a neighborhood business we want to support. I quit going a while back because of poor service, but my partner continued to use them for tanning. He went in today and was told that he has $ 65 in tanning credit, but it expires tomorrow. He asked if they could roll it over and they said «no.» He asked if he bought a new package, could they give him partial credit and they said «no.» He asked if they were running any specials and their answer was «we don’t do specials.» Well guess what? We don’t do business with shady businesses. For a business that provides services, they lack any concept of service. I hope you will also take your business elsewhere.

Great hair cut! I was lucky enough to let Kelly cut my hair! Fellas I know it’s a salon, but I suggest you make your own luck here and take a chance at Bellezza Tan and Salon. Ask for Kelly as she is very polite, took her time, and did an awesome job!
Slightly pricey, but they don’t cut corners here

I was a walk-​in on a Friday afternoon. I’ve done this before at many different salons only to be met with disappointment. Yet, once more, I am desperate for a haircut and make another attempt. But this time I am happy to say that I have finally found a stylist I will be returning to for many sessions. Dani was very thorough, asked me many questions, and I showed her a variety of pictures of the style ideas I had in mind. She took her time and kept asking questions through the entire cut to be sure she was giving me a style I was happy with. She did an amazing job and I have been receiving compliments left and right. Thank you, thank you and I’m so happy to have found a stylist who is worth returning to.

I had my hair cut and colored at Belleza in Kansas City, Missouri (Brookside) by a stylist that needed assistance the entire process. I was very clear about asking how much a haircut was, but with much grief finally hit an answer.
I went back a second time and when I checked out, they tried to charge me more then we had agreed on. Very unfriendly owner, and front desk personnel!
So I did finally get the price we agreed upon; a very uncomfortable experience and that was only the beginning of the nightmare the stylist gave me. She went on to gossip to my friend, that went there, that I was having financial trouble and couldn’t pay what she was deserved!
My friend told me this and I was mortified! How dare her make up lies over a $ 10 difference we had agreed on!
It was the worst experience and worst haircut I have ever received,
I think everyone should know this and be warned of this unprofessional and scary
Salon experience!

jack is a rock star as a hair cutter, he told me he took a class in NYC
on his own dime. not many can say this… the other stylists in this salon
do color and cuts but jack is by far the senior stylist/​cutter for men and woman.
he has a whos who list of kc’s elite.

Went back for a blow out. No gossiping this time! Thanks for addressing the problem.

I hit this place before a vacation. The only service I get here is a spray tan and for spray tans, it is great.
Normally, you can just walk in without waiting. They always have a special, like buy 3 for a lower price. I usually pay for one at a time, so I don’t have to worry about expirations.
Other services here are real tanning (do people still do that?), nails, hair and makeup.
