The Strip, Las Vegas, NV
Very nice modern playground not far from the interstate. Several covered picnic tables if you want to enjoy a picnic lunch while traveling through on vacation. Lost one star because it only had a port a potty for a restroom, however, it was fairly clean for a port a potty.

This park is decent and well-​maintained. It feels way too new and suburban for my liking, but you must consider the location in kansas city, north.
It has a nice set of covered picnic tables and adjacent playground area– good for family gatherings with small children.
