If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. They are currently hosting our website and EVERY time I email support, they email back within 5 minutes, sometimes sooner. If it’s too hard to walk me through something via email they will immediately call me. They are SO patient, they stay on top of the issue until it is resolved. Most IT type companies I deal with, I contact them through support and I’m lucky if I get a response within 24 hours and sometimes they don’t even follow up.
If you have a website that needs hosting, please give them a try. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service and how nice everyone is who I’ve dealt with. You will not be disappointed.
