Nice local pub, but, mainly for locals. The owner John is very warm and welcoming. The bartenders are a little Leary of newbies, but will warm up to you eventually. Prices are very reasonable compared to many pubs in the area so your money will last a little longer. They have two pool tables for your entertainment and many flat screens for those interested in sports.

Cheap beer. If you aren’t a townie, you’ll stick out. Never too loud. The bartender is attractive (female brunette). Surrounding area looks sketchy. Oh, if you use debit or credit, it’s a $ 10 minimum so bring cash if you plan on getting the cheap stuff. Very much full of townies so be prepared to stick out if you’re from Chicago or Olivet ;).
