How can you not love a sweet, soft-​spoken doctor? In any situation Medical Exams can be stressful enough. Dr. Chang-​Moses is professional, patient and really makes you feel welcome, so that you are able to get the right prescription for your eyes. An even greater plus is that all of the Windward Vision Center staff is so friendly and helpful. Being conveniently located inside of Windward Mall, I am never bored, sitting in the waiting room for my appointment time as I instead go shopping! Needless to say I am never late to an appointment. In fact I am always early to arrive at the appointment! There is a range of glasses available to chose from including Quicksilver brand (who knew?!), and with Mall hours picking up glasses couldn’t be more convenient!

I had a great experience with my eye exam with Dr. Chang-​Moses. Her office staff were pleasant and very friendly. They’re located in Windward Mall on the second floor near Sears.
She was very efficient and comprehensive. Dr. Chang-​Moses takes the time to explain any issues in detail. They have a really cool machine that takes pictures of the your inner eye that eliminates having to dialate your eyes. A huge plus — no more difficulty focusing after the visit. The average visit is approximately 30 minutes — no long waits for those of you with tight schedules.
They take credit card for co-​payments. They maintain mall hours so accessibility is great. Highly recommended!!!
