We took a ‘leap of faith’ and chose Kathy’s flat rate shuttle from reviews on the Internet. We were not disappointed! Kathy is a genuine, hard working, hospitable and friendly Hawaiian who made our journey interesting and fun.
Her service exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend her shuttle service.

I am really dumbfounded by the negative reviews found here on Unilocal for Kathy’s shuttle service. After a very long and painful flight (our plane had to turn back to LAX due to a generator problem after 2 hours in air) 10 hours later, Kathy was a breath of fresh Hawaiian air. She had fresh leis for my boyfriend and myself upon our landing. She was so kind, informative, patient and exceeded our expectations. We chatted the entire ride, all the while telling us of many places to try and giving us lots of knowledge on the town where we would be staying. Kathy provided us with bottled water and so kindly offered if we needed to stop anywhere before reaching our final destination. She truly was a delight & a total sweetheart! Hi Kathy thanks again!!! Don’t trust this person she sends out cut rate taxi’s to pick you up! Has happened to me twice see my reviews! She is NOT a service she is a website portal who takes her cut and hires the cheapest taxi’s she can.

We used Shuttle by Kathy for the first time and we would certainly use her again. She was very prompt — a few minutes early, actually. She called the day before to confirm the date and time, which I thought was a nice customer service touch. She was very well-​dressed, professional, and friendly and was a safe driver. And the vehicle she was using was certainly adequate in cleanliness and size for our group and luggage. And her prices were definitely in line, if not slightly better, than her competitors.

If you are lucky enough to be heading to the windward side of Oahu from the Honolulu airport, do yourself a favor and book Flat Rate Shuttle by Kathy. It is as if your favorite family member is there to greet you. She knows the ins-​and-​outs at the airport (that alone is worth five stars to me) and gets you to your destination efficiently. She is friendly, reliable and a treasure to talk with on the picturesque ride over. I have used Flat Rate Shuttle by Kathy many times and always look forward to having her catch me up on what’s new since my last visit.
