Very easy to work with. Contract was thorough and the company uses top materials, so I’m told. One year later, I had a furnace technician service the furnace and he was checking the vent pipe and stated that the vent pipe through the roof was not to code. The vent pipe had been hammered in through the new roof decking, with no space whatsoever, creating a fire hazard. He also noted the vent pipes from the bathroom fan and dryer were hanging from a nail aiming towards the vent caps to the exterior. We had the roofing company tear off the decking and put in a ridge vent because we had such terrible moisture problems in the attic, and now see the vents were not even installed properly! They did not even cut a hole in the felt! I trusted them to do a nearly $ 6000 job and was left with shabby work. Buyer beware or be ok to babysit professionals.
