Über in Kalamazoo has proven exceptional. No problems with the app. The driver was great. Very polite and the car was spotless. He wasted no time getting to the destination.

Über is the best thing to have happened to Kalamazoo. Their existing taxi cab service is atrocious, Über is a much needed and welcome change. We went from waiting 45min for a cab to an est pick up time under 9 min. with Über. It’s not even a guess as to how long they’d deviate from the pick up time, it’s all accessible at your fingertips via the app.
