I asked for driveway resurfacing. They did some patch work and filled in cracks instead. I was told after the fact that they don’t use the word resurfacing because they don’t do that. Would have been priceless info before coming out to do something I didn’t want. Couldn’t get one person to come out and talk to me for 6 months. Was promised 3 times then no calls. I was told they were too busy and didn’t have enough help. But when threatened to send me to collections they happened to have someone available to come and pick up my money that very day! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
