4D Moments

What a great place to go to get a peek at your baby! The room had a big comfy bed, large tv screen on the wall, and a comfy couch for family to sit on during the ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was great and really worked to get the perfect picture of our baby girl. They were also patient with my toddler who wouldn’t sit still during the session.
I also like that they offer some Saturday appointments. It made it easy for my husband and son to come along.
Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend 4D Moments.

I called 4D moments a the last minute after a flight cancelation, hoping they might have an appointment available so I could go to an ultrasound with my mom.
They were only allowing appointments until 2pm that day, and I really needed something after my mom got out of work at 4pm. The receptionist called the tech and asked if she would be willing to COME BACK 2 hours after her last appointment to see me. I was delightfully surprised to get a call back that yes, she would see me at 4pm.
Not only was she willing to take my appointment at the last min, but she came back to work for me. I think that is the best customer service I’ve ever received, anywhere for anything.
When we did arrive the office was cozy, comfortable and easy to find. the tech greeted us warmly and kindly and promptly got the ultrasound underway. The whole set up of the room is very nice as well as the system being very quality and high-​tech. We got great pictures and video.
I live across the country from my mom so it was really special to be able to have her see her first grandson via ultrasound. I hope this review helps more customers find you– you are running a wonderful business and it’s clear you really care about what you do!
