Updating after our move out inspection:
I know a lot of people have a hard time during move out inspections, and trust me we have been through 3 out here in Hawai’i and this is our first smooth, and best one so far. Sarah showed up early, did our inspection, wasn’t the type to make up and comb through the house like a realtor trying to suck money out of you, not at all! She was honest, respectful, and had all our documents ready. Because we are an active duty family we didn’t have a forwarding address for the rest of our final out docs.& security deposit, Sarah took care of all of that. I am so thankful for such an amazing realtor and by the end of our lease, we have seen her more as family than a realtor. That’s hard for active duty families because we have moved so much and seen it all. Rest assure Sarah will take great care of you and goes the extra mile to make moving in and out easy and relaxing! Ps. Just got our security deposit and I have to say that was the quickest return of deposit we have ever seen! Awesome work Sarah!

My husband and I have rented from Remax Kai Lani for going on 9 months now. As an active military family we run into the worse property managers/​Realtor you can imagine. I was not playing games this time and was not afraid to say something when we were getting mistreated or ripped off.
But I am so glad to say that this experience has been amazing! Sarah B. is so respectful, truthful, helpful (she is honestly a genuine person out to help families and keep both landlord & us happy), and keeps close communication with us. I needed a place quick, like in less than a week! she got our credit check, apartment ready for move in and our lease to sign within that time frame. In all my years of renting, I have never had such a great experience. The world needs more property managers like Sarah B!
I have been to their office in Kailua on various occasions to drop my rent off, and their whole staff is so friendly! The office is nice and open. Their is always someone at the front desk to greet you and welcome you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
